G	Giota Liaskou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθώ ένα μήνα να κλείσω ραντεβού, έχω συμπληρώσει δύο φορές τη φόρμα μέσω internet, έχω καλέσει όπου στην 5η προσπάθεια απάντησε μια υπάλληλος κρατησε τα στοιχεία μου για να με καλέσει και μέχρι σήμερα καμία επικοινωνία. Κλείστε το αφού είναι ανάξιοι να εξυπηρετήσουν. I have been trying to make an appointment for a month, I have filled in the form twice via the internet, I have called where on the 5th attempt an employee kept my details to call me and until today no communication. Close it as they are unworthy of service.
S	SAMPATIS T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει καλό προσωπικό και καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Είναι λίγο μικρός ο χώρος αλλά τι να κάνουμε. Υπάρχουν και κάνα δυο ξινές ξανθιές που βαριούνται να μιλήσουν. Μια συνηθισμένη μέρα πάντως, απαλλαγμένη από συνταξιούχους που φοβούνται να χρησιμοποιήσουν το ίντερνετ και τα μηχανήματα, θα εξυπηρετηθείς σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα. Σημερα εκτός του ότι είχαν μόνο ένα ταμείο, σηκωνονταν όλη την ώρα με αποτέλεσμα να καθυστερεί υπερβολικά. Περίμενα μιάμιση ώρα και είχα μπροστά μου μόνο 3 άτομα. Όταν παραπονέθηκα η απάντηση του υπεύθυνου ήταν ότι κάνω πολύ φασαρία. Αν μπορείτε καλυτερα να εξυπηρετηθείτε αλλού. Just unacceptable! No control over how many enter, there are no priority numbers. Today, in addition to having only one fund, they got up all the time, resulting in excessive delays. I waited for an hour and a half and I had only 3 people in front of me. E	Eleni Artikou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραιος χωρος και ανανεωμενος αλλα μεγαλη η αναμονη και εξω.Ενω ειναι ημερομηνιες πληρωμης εξυπηρετει μονο ενα ταμειο για αυτο το σκοπο,με αποτελεσμα οι καθυστερησεις να ειναι μεγαλες.Με τον covid και τους περιορισμους στα ατομα που ειναι μεσα αυτο ειναι ακομα πιο εντονο.Το προσωπικο ειναι ευγενεστατο και κανει οτι μπορει.Ειναι αρκετο; Nice place and renewed but the wait is long and outside. E	Eleni Sumeonoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω λάβει χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση!! 1μιση ώρα για να γίνει η δουλειά μου και στο τέλος έγινε η μισή! Η κυριούλα που κοκορευοταν ότι είναι η υποδιευθυντρια του καταστήματος φυσικά δεν μου έκανε σωστά τη δουλειά και το μόνο που την ένοιαζε ήταν να προσπαθεί να μου κάνει πακέτα για να πληρώσω στην τράπεζα της! Φυσικά την ίδια εξυπηρέτηση πήρα και από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο που σε κάθε μου ερώτηση η απάντηση ήταν "δεν το γνωρίζω αυτό". Απαράδεκτοι!!! I have not received worse service !! 1.5 hours to do my job and in the end it was half done! The lady who was rumored to be the deputy manager of the store, of course, did not do my job properly and all she cared about was trying to make me packages to pay at her bank! Of course I got the same service from the call center where to each of my questions the answer was "I do not know this". Unacceptable !!!
