Beautiful building ...... the employees are simply unacceptable. PASOK-era civil servant mentality and style as if they work in Loyds, London. Never again .....
V	Vasia Gln on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν μου επιτρέπει να ανεβάσω φωτογραφίες, στο ΑΤΜ επί της Κηφισίας έχει χαλάσει η υποδοχή της κάρτας, είχε τρύπα με αποτέλεσμα να χαθεί μέσα η κάρτα, την έβλεπα και δν μπορούσα να τη φτασω και δεν γινόταν να έρθει ένας άνθρωπος ένας τεχνικός για να το ανοίξει να πάρω την κάρτα, τουλάχιστον απαράδεκτο!!!!!!! Το μηχάνημα έχει παραβιαστεί, καμία εμπιστοσύνη σε αυτή την Τράπεζα πλέον, δεν φτάνει που τους ενημερώνουν οι πελάτες δεν κάνουν και κάτι για την ασφάλεια του δικού τους κατάστηματος, τι να πω.... Unfortunately it does not allow me to upload photos, at the ATM on Kifissia the card slot is broken, it had a hole resulting in the card being lost, I could see it and I could not reach it and it was not possible for a technician to come to it open to get the card, at least unacceptable !!!!!!! The machine has been violated, no trust in this Bank anymore, it is not enough that the customers inform them they do not do anything for the security of their own store, what can I say ....
Z	Zacharoula Vorria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πέρα από το περιβάλλον καμία εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν με ενημέρωσαν για τα απαιτούμενα έγγραφα ενώ ρώτησα και θα ξαναπήγαινα να περιμένω 2η φορά άδικα. Ευτυχώς πήρα τηλέφωνο στην Εθνική και ενημερώθηκα τυχαία για τα υπόλοιπα έγγραφα... No service beyond the environment. I was not informed about the required documents while I asked and I would go again to wait for the 2nd time unfairly. Fortunately, I got a call from Ethniki and I was accidentally informed about the other documents ...

Μου αρέσει όταν βλέπω εργαζόμενους οι οποίοι δίνουν τον εαυτό τους στη δουλειά τους, παλεύουν να βρουν λύσεις σε προβλήματα που θα δημιουργηθούν και σκοπός τους είναι η άρτια εξυπηρέτηση της πελάτισσας ή του πελάτη. The first contact with the Bank's employees was very satisfactory. I like when I see employees who give themselves to their work, struggle to find solutions to problems that will arise and their purpose is the perfect service of the client or the customer.
Α	Αλέξανδρος Σοφιανός on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέπτομαι τακτικά το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα λόγω υποχρεώσεων και μέσα σε 3 μήνες είχα 2 αγενέστατες συμπεριφορές απο υπαλλήλους. Οι εργαζόμενοι στα ταμεία είναι πάντα ευγενικοί αλλά στα γραφεία και στην υποδοχή όχι. Συγκεκριμένα και τις δυο φορές δεν παραδέχτηκαν καν τα λάθη τους, που δημιούργησαν το πρόβλημα τελικά . Καταλαβαίνω ότι υπάρχει μεγάλος φόρτος εργασίας αλλά η εξυπηρέτηση μου και η εμπειρία μου αυτές τις 2 φόρες ήταν απαράδεκτη. Οι συγκεκριμένοι υπάλληλοι με προσέβαλαν. Κανένα σεμινάριο και καμία εκπέδευση δεν μπορεί "μάθει τρόπους" στους συγγεκριμένους ανθρώπους. I regularly visit this store due to obligations and within 3 months I had 2 rude behaviors from employees. The cashiers are always polite but not at the offices and reception. Specifically, both times they did not even admit their mistakes, which eventually created the problem. I understand that there is a large workload but my service and my experience these 2 times was unacceptable. The specific employees insulted me. No seminar and no training can "learn ways" to specific people.

When the second time there just after opened the account, the information desk lady told me that she cannot find my registration documents ???? One of my client paid the company in USD while we do open an USD account. They bounced the transaction by discriminating the name of my clients’ company ( the transaction is from US while the name includes “Bermuda”) after 6 weeks no clear explanation for further steps. Good job !
