Τώρα με τον κορονοϊο δεν έχουν διαφορετική σειρά για το μηχάνημα, όπως πχ η εθνική στο Αιγάλεω, με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχει τεράστια ουρά για τα ταμεία και το μηχάνημα να μη χρησιμοποιείται. One of the worst banks in terms of arrears. Now with the coronavirus they do not have a different order for the machine, such as the national one in Egaleo, with the result that there is a huge queue for the funds and the machine is not used.

Καραϊσκάκη (Χαϊδάρι) ακόμη και για μία έκδοση Τερματικού Pos επέμενε ότι υπάρχει χρέωση διαδικασίας 35Ευρώ+30ευρώ έκδοση Business Card + υποχρεωτικά ΑΣΦΑΛΕΙΑ ΚΑΡΤΩΝ :38Ευρώ/έτος. Μάλιστα μας είπε ότι όλα αυτά ήταν απαιτητά για την έκδοση τερματικού POS για κατάστημα. Φύγαμε και απλά πήγαμε σε άλλη τράπεζα. Unfortunately, the Manager of the store in Str. Karaiskaki (Chaidari) even for a version of Terminal Pos insisted that there is a process fee of 35 Euros + 30 euros Business Card version + mandatory CARD SECURITY: 38 Euros / year. He even told us that all this was required to issue a POS terminal for a store. We left and just went to another bank.
Α	Αντωνης Κωστογιαννης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και επισκέφθηκα το υποκατάστημα με τους περιορισμούς του κορωνοιού όλα ήταν άψογα. Το ραντεβού κλείστηκε σχετικά εύκολα, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και η Διευθύντρια άψογη!!!! Μακάρι να την είχαν κι άλλες τράπεζες που συνεργάζομαι. Although I visited the branch with the limitations of the crown everything was perfect. The appointment was closed relatively easily, the staff was very polite and the Director was impeccable !!!! I wish other banks I work with had it.

Ανεκπαίδευτος μαθητευόμενος προφανος με έστειλε στο ΚΕΠ για ενα απλό παράβολο μεταβίβασης αυτοκινήτου μια συναλλαγή ενός λεπτού στο ταμείο. Η διευθύντρια στην κοσμαρα τής χαζογελαγε με μία άλλη υπάλληλο του καταστήματος. Επιμένουν στην γραφειοκρατία αντί να εξυπηρετούν τούς πελάτες.Μου κάναν την χάρη να με εξυπηρετήσουν επειδή έχω λογαριασμό στην εθνική τράπεζα.Δεν ξανακάνω το ίδιο λάθος From the worst stores to customer service. An untrained apprentice apparently sent me to the KEP for a simple car transfer fee a one minute transaction at the checkout. The manager in her nightmare was laughing with another employee of the store. They insist on bureaucracy instead of serving customers. They did me the favor of serving me because I have an account at the national bank. I do not make the same mistake again
Κ	ΚΩΣΤΑΣ ΠΑΠΑΔΗΜΑΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμία διάθεση για δουλειά. Επισκέπτομαι το κατάστημα για στεγαστικο δάνειο και χωρίς να ασχοληθούν ιδιαίτερα μου είπαν ότι δεν έχω τις προϋποθέσεις. Σε αντίθεση με άλλες δύο τράπεζες Alpha και Eurobank που μου απάντησαν και οι δύο θετικά. Δεν ξέρω αν είναι η πολιτική της τράπεζας αυτή, ή η άποψη του συγκεκριμένου "διευθυντή". No mood for work. I visit the store for a mortgage and without much concern they told me that I do not have the conditions. Unlike two other banks Alpha and Eurobank which both answered me positively. I do not know if this is the policy of the bank, or the opinion of the specific "manager".
