Περίμενα 1 ώρα στην ουρά για κλεισμένο ραντεβού, παίρνοντας αδίκως τηλέφωνο να με αφήσουν να περάσω, μέχρι να μπω και να μου πουν ότι το έχασα γιατί δήθεν άργησα. Poor service. I waited in line for 1 hour for an appointment, unjustly picking up the phone to let me pass, until I came in and they told me that I lost it because I was supposedly late.
N	Nikolis Galerakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μπορώ ούτε να φανταστώ να υπάρχουν κάπου άλλου τόσο πολλοί, τόσο αγενείς άνθρωποι μαζεμένοι στον ίδιο χώρο μόνον ο ταμίας φαινόταν να έχει θέληση για να με εξυπηρετήσει ! Μετά από μία και μόνο επίσκεψη στο συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα αποφάσισα να αλλάξω τράπεζα . I can not even imagine that there are so many, so many rude people gathered in the same place, only the cashier seemed to have the will to serve me! After a single visit to this branch I decided to change bank.

Ίσως να συμφέρει χρονικά να αλλάξεις τράπεζα Appointments are only for showcase. If you are not a relative of some of the employees, it is difficult to be served. It may be time to change bank
G	Georgios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα από τα χειρότερα υποκαταστήματα της χειρότερης τράπεζας της Ελλάδας! Αγενεστατη η τυπισσα στην είσοδο γεμάτη υφάκι και ειρωνεία. Στο ιδιο μοτιβο ολοι τους εκει μεσα. Ενώ μπήκα μέσα για να κλείσω ραντεβού έκλεισε σε μια άλλη κυρία μετά από εμένα μπροστά στα μάτια μου ! Κι ενώ δεν το πίστευα πως με αγνοεί τελικά με αγνοούσε κι έκανε πως δεν με βλέπει! Το επόμενο διαθέσιμο ραντεβού σε 20 ημέρες! Το έδωσε στην κυρία το προηγούμενο ενώ ήμουν εγώ στη σειρά με τη πρόφαση πως είναι ΑμεΑ επειδη το ειπε χωρις να της δειξει καποιο χαρτι. Εν τω μεταξύ εγω εχω ποσοστο αναπηρίας 50% ! Να στο φέρω να στο τρίψω στη μούρη! Βλήμα! Ειναι 1 η ωρα λεει κλεινει η τραπεζα στις 2! Ειναι κατι επειγον ; Οχι ηρθα να δω τη ειρωνική μάπα σου! Όταν θα μείνετε χωρίς δουλειές καλοβαλμένοι υπαλληλισκοι θα κλεγεστε. Ζώα. One of the worst branches of the worst bank in Greece! The most rude woman at the entrance is full of weft and irony. In the same pattern all of them in there. While I went in to make an appointment another lady closed after me in front of my eyes! And while I did not believe that he ignored me, in the end he ignored me and pretended not to see me! The next available appointment in 20 days! He gave it to the lady the previous one while I was in line with the pretext that he is disabled because he said it without showing her any paper. In the meantime I have a 50% disability rate! Let me bring it and rub it on the berry! Projectile! It is 1 o'clock, he says, the bank closes at 2 o'clock! Is it something urgent? No, I came to see your ironic map! They refused to withdraw money from my account because I refuse to show my American tax returns. Money that was wired from the United States. Shame on them. I will never wire money to Greece again. Credit cards for me.
