★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεύτερη τραγική εμπειρία την ίδια μέρα. Φτάσαμε στο 2020 και ακόμα τα καταστήματα είναι στο 1990. Μόνο 2 ταμεία ανοιχτά για 120 άτομα. Κανένα μηχάνημα αυτόματων πληρωμών. Αν δεν έχεις λογαριασμό είσαι καταδικασμένος στην δημοσιοϋπαλληλικη καθυστερήση
 Second tragic experience on the same day. We arrived in 2020 and the stores are still in 1990. Only 2 funds open for 120 people. No automatic payment machines. If you do not have an account you are doomed to public servant delay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφτηκα το κατάστημα σήμερα, εξυπηρετηθηκα από τον κυριο Νικήτα Δερματά. Ηταν παρα πολύ συμπαθής, ευγενικός, φιλικός και γρήγορος. Μέσα σε 1 λεπτό έγινε η δουλειά μου και έφυγα.
Παραδειγμα προς μίμηση για κάθε εργαζόμενο, μακάρι να ήταν όλοι το ίδιο ικανοί και αποτελεσματικοί.
I visited the store today, I was served by Mr. Nikitas Dermatas. He was very likeable, polite, friendly and fast. Within 1 minute my job was done and I left.
An example to follow for every employee, I wish they were all equally capable and efficient.

Consistent in our appointment, explanatory, willing, human. A branch that I will prefer again for my transactions with Ethniki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη τράπεζα των Τζιτζιφιών αγενεστατοι και επιθετικοι όλοι οι υπάλληλοι!Μας είχαν στον ήλιο μισή ώρα με 2 μικρά παιδιά και μας έδιωξαν γιατί παραβηκαμε τους κανόνες!Περιττό κατάστημα προς εξυπηρέτηση των πολιτών να κλείσει!
One of the worst banks at Tzitzifies there are all rude and unpolluted hopefully to close soon stay away from there!
The worst bank in Tzitzifia, rude and aggressive, all the employees! They had us in the sun for half an hour with 2 small children and they kicked us out because we broke the rules! Unnecessary store to serve the citizens to close!

I totally understand the stress that they go through in this branch but even though, i noticed how they really do their best to please all the customers. The service here was five star, I'm really thankful for what she did for me. #NBG ????????
