Γενικά επιστρέφω Ελλάδα μετά απο πολύ καιρό και είναι φυσιολογικό πλέον να τηλεφωνείς σε διάφορες υπηρεσίες και κανείς δεν απαντάει. No one picks up the phones. I have been trying for days to make an appointment but no one is playing to serve you. Obviously the word service does not exist. Generally I return to Greece after a long time and it is now normal to call various services and no one answers.

Τα μέτρα προστασίας λόγω covid-19 είναι αναποτελεσματικά, δεδομένης της τεράστιας ουράς που δημιουργείται εξωτερικά του καταστήματος λόγω αναμονής για είσοδο και ελλιπούς οργάνωσης (στη διαχείρηση εισόδου/εξόδου) που οδηγεί τους πολίτες στο να λογομαχούν διαρκώς μεταξύ τους. Η εξυπηρέτηση φειδωλή. Ευγένεια ανύπαρκτη και διάθεση για παροχή κάποιας βοήθειας ουδεμία. Δεν γνωρίζω υπό ποιες συνθήκες εργάζονται οι υπάλληλοι, αλλά τέτοια έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού προς τους πολίτες και συνάμα πελάτες της ΕΤΕ εν τέλει είναι απαράδεκτη. Very poor quality service. Covid-19 protection measures are ineffective, given the huge queue created outside the store due to waiting for entry and lack of organization (in entry / exit management) that leads citizens to constantly argue with each other. The service is sparing. Courtesy non-existent and willingness to provide any help none. I do not know under what conditions the staff works, but such a lack of professionalism towards the citizens and at the same time EIB clients is ultimately unacceptable.
