Ανέκαθεν είχε πολύ κόσμο και χρειαζόταν υπομονή αλλά τώρα η αντιμετώπιση του κόσμου ειναι χείριστη! ! Δεν βγαίνει υπάλληλος να εξυπηρετήσει και να εξηγήσει στον κόσμο τι γίνεται, μια σειρά για όλο το καταστημα(ασχέτως τι θέλει ο καθένας να κάνει, ταμείο, γραφεία ή αυτόματο μηχάνημα πληρωμών). Μακριά!!! During the time of the crown 3 months now the worst bank by far in the area! It has always been very crowded and needed patience but now dealing with the world is handy! ! An employee does not come out to serve and explain to the world what is happening, a series for the whole store (regardless of what everyone wants to do, cash register, offices or automatic payment machine). L	Labrini Manou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!!! Επί 3 συνεχή έτη έχαναν το ασφαλιστήριο του σπιτιού μου με αποτέλεσμα να με παρενοχλούν οι εισπρακτικές για μήνες!!! Εντελώς ακατάλληλοι και αγενείς υπάλληλοι που δεν γνωρίζουν τα στοιχειώδη της δουλειάς τους. Και οι διευθυντές μια από τα ίδια! Unacceptable !!! For 3 consecutive years they lost the insurance of my house with the result that I am harassed by the collection for months !!! M	Margarita Polychronopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγική εξυπηρέτηση! Πήγα σήμερα (10/9/21) για άνοιγμα λογαριασμού και έκδοση κάρτας μισθοδοσίας. Αρχικά, ο ενικός προς το πρόσωπό μου, πώς προέκυψε κύριε Παπακωνσταντίνου; Επίσης, για άνοιγμα λογαριασμού στην τράπεζα με την βοήθεια υπαλλήλου, κρατούνται 50 ευρώ από την πρώτη μισθοδοσία, κάτι που μου λάνσαραν σαν ασφάλεια σε περίπτωση κλοπής της κάρτας... Ακόμα, η κάρτα στέλνεται στο σπίτι ταχυδρομικά με ελτά μέσα σε 10 μέρες... Στην ερώτηση μου σε περίπτωση που η κάρτα χαθεί, η απάντηση ήταν ότι θα κάνουμε επανέκδοση κάρτας, δηλαδή μια χωρίς λόγο ταλαιπωρία επειδή η τράπεζα έχει μια άθλια πολιτική όσον αφορά το άνοιγμα λογαριασμού και την έκδοση μιας απλής κάρτας μισθοδοσίας! Το σχόλιο του κ. Παπακωνσταντίνου σε όλα αυτά ήταν ότι αυτή είναι η πολιτική της τράπεζας εδώ και τόσα χρόνια. Συγχαρητήρια! Tragic service! F	Fall Fallspotify on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SOS προσέχετε όταν ανοίγετε νέο λογαριασμό! Με κορόιδεψαν γιατι με άκουσαν νεαρή. Απαιτούν 50€ «Γιατι τα προϊόντα τους έχουν κόστος πλέον» όπως μου είπαν και δεν σε ενημερώνουν ποτέ τι αφορούν τα χρήματα αυτά. Έπρεπε να πάρω τηλέφωνο στα κεντρικά για να μου πουν ότι αφορούν το άνοιγμα λογαριασμού, την έκδοση κάρτας, το e banking και την ασφάλεια της κάρτας Τίποτα από όλα αυτά δεν είναι υποχρεωτικό πέρα από το ποσό των 5€ για την καρτα και αλλά 8€ ΑΝ θες e banking. Προσπαθούν να σου πασάρουν την Bonus Debit Card για να πληρώνεις ετήσια συνδρομή 12€ Ενώ δικαιούσαι την απλή ΧΡΕΩΣΤΙΚΗ που δεν απαιτεί συνδρομή και κάνει μόνο 5€ SOS be careful when opening a new account! E	Efi Kok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης πελάτη που είχα ποτέ μου. Οι υπάλληλοι ανίκανοι, αγενέστατοι, ΕΙΡΩΝΙΚΟΙ και καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί. Αντί να ενημερώσουν τον κόσμο που τόση ώρα περιμένει έξω για τις νεες συνθήκες σχετικά με τις καταθέσεις (κάτω απο 400€ κατάθεση μόνο σε μηχάνημα) περιφέρονται απλά να ανοίγουν πόρτες και να δείχνουν ενα χαρτί με τη λέξη "μηχάνημα". Κύριοι, δε γνωρίζει όλος ο κόσμος, ευτυχώς όπως αποδείχθηκε, το σύστημα που έχει η τράπεζα σας και δε θα ήθελα να μάθω και ποτέ!!!!! Αν είναι να τα κάνουμε όλοι μονοι μας τότε ναι, καλύτερα που κλείνουν τα κατάστηματα.. Βολεμένοι σε θέσεις που δε σας αντιστοιχούν. Φυσικά ούτε ο διευθυντής της τράπεζας είχε κάποια διαφορά με τους υπολοίπους. (το ψάρι απο το κεφάλι βρωμάει). Το μόνο που τους έμοιαζαν είναι να σχολασουν στην ώρα τους και να κάνουν τσιγαράκι. The worst customer service experience I have ever had. The employees are incompetent, rude, IRONIC and not at all helpful. Instead of informing the people who have been waiting so long outside for the new conditions regarding the deposits (under € 400 deposit only in a machine) they simply open doors and show a piece of paper with the word "machine". Gentlemen, not everyone knows, fortunately as it turned out, the system that your bank has and I would never want to know !!!!! If we can do it all ourselves then yes, it is better that the stores close .. Convenient in places that do not correspond to you. Of course, the bank manager did not differ from the others either. (the fish from the head stinks). They just seemed to be on time and smoking a cigarette.
