★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η διευθύντρια πραγματικά να γυρίσει σπίτι της. Η υπεροψία της προς μία ηλικιωμένη που ζήτησε να εξυπηρετηθεί καθώς ειχε αναπνευστικά προβλήματα, μου έφερε αηδία. Προφανώς μόνο εκεί έχει τα κότσια να δείξει ανωτερότητα καθώς απο δουλειά.... τίποτα πραγματικά.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι γνωστό ότι δεν εξυπηρετούν τον κόσμο στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και κάνουν εξερετικα αδιάκριτες ερωτησεις, ειδικά ένας κυριος. Αν και ήμουν ενημερωμένος ότι δεν θα βγάλω άκρη εκεί, πήγα... Κατέληξα να εξυπηρετηθω από άλλο κατάστημα με τα ίδια ακριβώς δικαιολογητικά.. παιδιά πελάτες είμαστε, όχι σκουπίδια.
It is known that they do not serve the people in this store and ask extremely nosy questions, especially one gentleman. Although I was informed that I would not get out there, I went ... I ended up serving from another store with exactly the same credentials .. we are customer children, not rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για να ανοίξω λογαριασμό μισθοδοσίας ζητάνε υποχρεωτικά 30€ τα οποία είναι για ασφάλεια την οποία δε ζήτησα και 2€/μήνα για λογαριασμό value γιατί "δεν ανοίγουν" κανονικούς πλέον. Πήρα στα κεντρικά, τίποτα από αυτά δεν ισχύει και έκανε λάθος ο κύριος στο κατάστημα. Να τρέχω μια εβδομάδα για να ανοίξω ένα λογαριασμό. Αγένεια και απατεωνιά

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν ήξερα ότι μπορούμε να κάνουμε σχόλια θα το έκανα εδώ και 3 μήνες! Ήμουν έγκυος στον 7° μήνα, έξω είχε αρκετό κόσμο ζήτησα από τον που ήταν κολλημένος στην πόρτα ο Θεός να τον κάνει άνθρωπο βέβαια!! Να περάσω γιατί ήμουν έγκυος και δεν μπορούσα να περιμένω έξω, η απάντηση ήταν όχι με πολύ άσχημο τρόπο, αρχήσε να λέει ποια είναι αυτή που θα περάσει να περιμένει κτλπ... Πήρα στο κατάστημα εκείνη την στιγμή και είπα συγνώμη αλλά είμαι έγκυος και δεν με αφήνουν να μπω και η απάντηση του υπαλλήλου ήταν ΣΥΓΝΩΜΗ ΔΕΝ ΜΠΟΡΩ ΝΑ ΚΑΝΩ ΚΑΤΙ ΑΦΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΣΑΣ ΑΦΗΝΟΥΝ ΟΙ ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΙ ΕΞΩ. Δεν νομίζω να είναι απάντηση υπαλλήλου σε άνθρωπο που έχει προτεραιότητα. Πρώτη φορά είδα τέτοια εξυπηρέτηση.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ τηλέφωνο. Όταν κλείνω ραντεβού με την εφαρμογή e pass για να με καλέσουν οι ίδιοι , ποτέ δεν με καλούν. Απαράδεκτοι!!!
They never pick up the phone. When I make an appointment with the e pass application for them to call me, they never call me. Unacceptable !!!

Worst service I have ever had !!! Ethnic bank in Lenorman, they respect nothing and no one !!!!!

And the bank manager doesn't helping anything. ?. Beware not to use national bank of greece. Bank will steal your money. Bank with no trust hope this will bankruptcy soon
