Λυπάμαι πολυ για ενα τοσο ωραιο μαγαζι να υπαρχει τετοιο προσωπικό. Ενα αστερι και πολυ ειναι κρίμα. The store is very nice. The staff is unacceptable, behaving as if they do not want to serve you. I am very sorry for such a nice store to have such staff. One star and a lot is a shame.
J	Joanne Dimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η παραγγελία έγινε παραμονή Χριστουγέννων και έβαλα σαν σχόλιο (εφόσον στο επιτρέπει η ιστοσελίδα) να μου βάλουν τον ένα κωδικό σα δώρο. Λαμβάνω τηλέφωνο στις 29, τους παίρνω καπάκι σε όλα τα τηλέφωνα• είτε ήταν κατειλημμένο είτε δεν μου το σήκωναν. Λαμβάνει μέρος τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία παραμονή Πρωτοχρονιάς για να μου πουν ότι δεν έχουν ένα κωδικό ενός προϊόντος και ότι δεν γίνεται να μου πακετάρουν το δώρο γιατί είναι αποθήκες........ Διερωτομαι ποιο το νόημα να βάλω σχόλια όταν δεν μπορούν να τα φέρουν εις πέρας. Για τη καθυστέρηση δεν το συζητάω. Επίσης ποικιλία/διαθεσιμότητα προϊόντων δεν υπάρχει. Τέλος εκπτώσεις δεν έκαναν ποτέ μιας συγκεκριμένης εταιρίας (που τόσο η ίδια όσο και οι μεταπωλητές της είχαν την ίδια έκπτωση). Δεν έχω σκοπό να ξαναπαραγγειλω ευχαριστώ. Υπάρχει και η Ιαπωνία που σε 4 εργάσιμες μέρες το δέμα ήταν στη πόρτα μου και δεν ήταν απλά στην αποθήκη....... Φαγωθηκατε όλοι με τον covid! The order was made on Christmas Eve and I left as a comment (if the website allows it) to put one code as a gift. I get a phone call on the 29th, I get a cover on all their phones; New Year's Eve phone call takes place to tell me that they do not have a product code and that they can not package the gift because they are warehouses ........ I wonder what is the point of leaving comments when they can not bring them complete. I do not discuss the delay. Also there is no variety / availability of products. Finally, they never discounted a particular company (which both itself and its resellers had the same discount). I do not intend to re-order thanks. There is also Japan that in 4 working days the package was at my door and was not just in the warehouse ....... You all ate with covid!
t	theodwra stathopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ το μαγαζι ειναι προσεγμενο και καθαρο. το προσωπικο απο την αλλη ειναι ευγενικο και πολυ εξυπηρετικο σε καθε απορια που μπορει να εχεις οσο αφορα τα προιοντα του , το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα και τα προιοντα του ειναι σωστα!!!! :) the store is neat and clean. the staff on the other hand is polite and very helpful in any questions you may have regarding its products, I highly recommend it and its products are correct !!!! :)

k	konstantina dimitriadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στην αρχή ήμουν πολύ ευχαριστημένη με την εταιρία μέχρι που κάποια στιγμή χάλασε το βαλιτσακι μου το οποιο δεν είχε κλείσει καν χρόνο. Το πήγα στην εταιρία για να γίνει επισκευή και μου είπαν «δεν μπορεί να φτιαχτεί δυστυχώς ή θα πρέπει να πάρετε κάποιο άλλο ή να μην βάζετε τόσο βάρος» . Πήγα και το πήρα και το έδωσα στον πατέρα μου να το φτιάξει και το έφτιαξε ! Αυτή τη στιγμή το βαλιτσακι μου είναι μια χαρά με το ίδιο βάρος και δεν έχει πάθει τίποτα. Θεωρώ πως είναι ντροπή να μην το επισκευάζουν επαγγελματίες και να το επισκευάζει ένας ερασιτέχνης αλλά όλα για κάποιο σκοπό γίνονται.
D	Dimitra Limniou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κανένα αστέρι δυστυχώς αν μπορούσα, είναι απαράδεκτοι, στo site έγραφαν ότι μια φυσούνα ταιριάζει σε όλα τα πιστολάκια και όταν ήρθε το δοκίμασα σε 3 και δεν έμπαινε σε κανένα. Όταν τους το είπα στο τηλέφωνο προσπάθησαν να με βγάλουν τρελή και μάλιστα μου είπαν ότι πρεπει να του το αποδείξω αυτό που λέω!!!!Ενώ δε είναι δικό τους το λάθος(ξεκάθαρη πώληση που υπόσχεται κάτι που δεν ισχύει, άρα ελλατωματική πώληση) με χρέωσαν για την επιστροφή. Απαράπαδεκτη συμπεριφορά στο τηλέφωνο, δεν γνωρίζουν τι πουλάνε, η κοπέλα στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο δεν είχε ιδεά για τα προιόντα που πουλάνε αλλά είχε "ύφος". Όλα αυτά, δλδ δυσαρέσκεια ενός πελάτη που δεν θα ξαναπατήσει και θα το πει και σε άλλους για 9,5 €. Αδιαφορώ για τα χρήματα, η συμπεριφορά απαράδεκτη και τελείως λάθος μαρκετινγκ. Unfortunately no stars if I could, are unacceptable, on the site they wrote that a bellows fits all hair dryers and when it came I tried it on 3 and it did not fit in any of them. When I told them on the phone they tried to drive me crazy and even told me that I have to prove to him what I say !!!! While it is not their fault (clear sale that promises something that is not true, so defective sale) with charged for the return. Unacceptable behavior on the phone, they do not know what they are selling, the girl in the call center had no idea about the products they are selling but she had "style". All this, dld dissatisfaction of a customer who will not cheat again and will tell others for 9.5 €. I do not care about money, unacceptable behavior and completely wrong marketing.
S	Stansy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very disappointed in this shop... Very high prices for the things.. the gel polish color for nails for 6ml costed almost 9euro.but okay! The people that work there were not helping at all and suggested just most expensive things... didn't talk... didn't try to help...To pay for the products was too uncomfortable, because of the chairs and boxes that stays there infront of the registry.
