One of the best hotels in my life. So beautiful, so cozy and so peaceful. The owner there are very nice and are trying their best. That is what I need from the hotel. Of course, I am willing to pay more for such a service at a good price-performance ratio. The beach is very close, not so amazingly but in the corona-pandemic it is very acceptable. I would like to visit there again just for enjoying and relaxing my time there. Thank you for give us very peaceful and amazing time.

Great location, close to a windy beach (greek islands are always windy). Excellent hosts, give great advise. Fantastic Breakfast, all freshly prepared. More than can be eaten. Every day rooms cleaned & fresh towels. Towels for beach on request. Town and port are both nearby.

Excellent place to stay for vacations! Feels like home, Mr John and Mrs Maria are the relatives that you will find in an island! Perfect breakfast, cozy-clean rooms, and location close to the port, town and beach. Looking forward to come back again, will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for dreamy holidays! Thank you so much for everything!

This was an awesome stay in Naxos! The breakfasts were delicious and the customer service was amazing. As soon as we arrived Mary gave us an overview of the different places on the island that we should visit. More importantly, we didn’t have a car rental and she quickly coordinated one for us that was dropped off directly at the hotel and for a good price! Mary was always available with suggestions and her and her husband were so kind. Not to mention all of the best beaches are within a short drive! Definitely stay here.

Where to start ! Naxos is a beautiful island and our visit was made all the better by John and Mary. The hospitality was second to none, and it started before we even arrived. Mary responded very quickly to our questions and the communication was fantastic throughout. Naxos Cave Suites is set outside the Chora (approximately a 10 minutes drive). It is definitely necessary to have a car anywhere on Naxos in my opinion, as some of the highlights of the trip were the scenic drives (mountain and coastal drives!). Check in was smooth, having been collected from the port and chauffered to the hotel. The tourist information and recommendations provided were invaluable, including places to visit, places to eat, timings and logistics. Mary kindly organised a rental car for us to be delivered to the hotel. It was waiting for us the next morning! The place itself is wonderfully decorated with incredible attention to detail, as mentioned in a previous review. The room we stayed in had a lovely balcony for a nice end of day beer or a morning coffee. The bed was comfortable, room was air-conditioned. The breakfast area was just outside the rooms, in an outdoor setting (appropriately shaded from the summer sun!). Food was ample and good quality, with something different every day coupled with excellent service. I highly recommend Naxos Cave Suites for those visiting Naxos. Absolutely loved staying at the Naxos Cave Suites. Family run place, and super helpful people. I accidentally booked a standard room thinking I had booked the cave suites and was disappointed however they let us have 2 nights in a cave suite for a small fee which was super lovely and unexpected! Their breakfast spread is probably the best I’ve ever had on holiday. So much choice and varied. Lovely fresh juices and coffee everyday! We hired a car (you’ll need one staying here) super easy to get around. I didn’t need a sat nav after a day, I felt like it was my home away from home. I will 100% be coming back to Naxos, I absolutely fell in love with this island!!

The perfect place. Close to Naxos Town, but far enough away for perfect tranquility. Roaring beach very, very close. Best breakfast on our trip! Great hosts. Beautiful grounds. Let us check in early. Highly recommend.

Our stay here was fantastic. The owners are very kind and hospitable. They picked us up from the harbor at arrival for free. Upon arrival they gave a lot of nice information about the island. They contacted a local car rental for us that dropped off the car at the hotel. The owners also brought us to beach and into the city for free. At the last day, they dropped us off at the harbor again. The rooms were simply beautiful. The attention for detail is amazing and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast in the morning was simply amazing. We had never seen so much and good food at a breakfast. And the tables were just outside the suite. This hotel was the best stay during our 2 week holiday in Greece where we visited multiple islands. We highly recommend a stay here!
