l	laurent guille on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The scooters are good , the owners are fine when it comes to make a reservation with them but once u have a problem that doesn’t even depend on u , u r F....d!!! All our ferries have been cancelled on our trips by the same ferry company for everybody and we had to manage to find a solution . We found a ferry leaving Naxos in the morning instead of the night so no choice for us than going on that one . On the rental they count us 2 days as we rented only for one day on the contract . When I asked to at least got a little refund I’ve been told that they reserved for us 2 days as requested by mail and also that as they put the amount on the paper so the taxes were counted . On the road is their own business so they could easily give us some cash if they wanted to . We decided to be honest and stick to our first reservation and come to their place even if we didn’t give any credit card info. We could go to another company to rent for 1 day . They could also be nice in return and be understanding . They were not at all , the purpose was to make money no matter what !! So beware of this website .

First total support from them information and advice, second supper friendly and very focused in customer satisfaction, and third and most important honesty. Their scooter are in a good shape and well maintained, also helmets are new and very comfortable, do not get fooled by other companies around that just want money from you! The difference is huge!! Thanks for all guys!!

The owners were very friendly and helpful people, you get the feeling, that they care for their customers. They opened their rental store only this year, as I have heard. Hopefully their business goes well in the future!!

The owners are extremely kind, gave us all kind of facilities for extending our rental period and even took us to the port the last day on an unusual rainy day in Naxos. We recommend everyone to rent a motorbike in Naxos On The Road!

They were really responsive to messages and helped me organise my rental. They were very informative and helpful when I collected the scooter. I got a very reasonable price for a scooter that performed as it should, with no faults. I returned the scooter at the agreed time, sorted the payment and I was on my way. I was very happy with the whole rental experience.

The owners of the shop are very friendly people, who care a lot about their bikes but also about their customers, you feel very welcome and taken care of. We absolutely loved our mint green scooter and took it all around Naxos, what a way to experience the island! We recommend a scooter over a car, and we for sure recommend you get your scooter here!

However it didn't come with much fuel which was a shame as just increase the cost. But they are better value than most on the island. So 4 out 5 but still very good service. Some places on the island were extremely rude.
