Great people, great teachers, great yoga classes and a beautiful minimalist environment. A very honest effort resulting in a great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. I have been to quite some yoga studios around the world but this studio combines the calmness and serenity of yoga with quite active classes. The teachers somehow can magically achieve this balance: activate your body, your soul and mind. Great flow in all sessions I have been.

Definitely recommend the Neda Yoga Shala as the most professional and quality yoga space in Athens. The space also offers practice accompanied with LIVE Indian music which makes it a unique experience!
