Μ	ΜΑΡΙΑ ΑΡΓΥΡΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλέφωνο για να κλείσω ραντεβού για δερματολόγο καθώς με καλύπτει το ομαδικό ασφαλιστήριο της δουλειάς μου και μου έκλεισαν μια εβδομάδα αργότερα. Τρεις μέρες πριν το ραντεβού με πήραν να μου το ακυρώσουν λόγω ασθένειας της δερματολόγου και μου το έκλεισαν μετα απο άλλη μια εβδομάδα, γιατί δεν υπήρχε άλλος διαθέσιμος γιατρός... Πάω στο ραντεβού και μετά από 20 λεπτά, αποφάσισαν να μου πουν και μαλιστα με υφακι πως η δερματολογος είναι πάλι άρρωστη και πως μπορει να με πήραν τηλ αλλά να μην ειδα την κληση στο κινητό! Δεν ξέρω αν για νοσηλεία ειναι καλά, αλλα απο εξυπηρέτηση είναι αγενεστατοι και καθολου εξυπηρετικοί, εκτός απο μια ευγενέστατη κοπέλα στη ρεσεψιόν... I don't know if they are well for hospitalization, but in terms of service they are very rude and not at all helpful, except for a very kind girl at the reception ...

Και αυτό σε ασθενή με επαναλαμβανόμενα περιστατικά κερατίτιδας (πάνω από 12 φορές σε 3 χρόνια), και ενώ την πληροφόρησα ότι έχω επισκεφθεί προηγουμένως όλα τα δημόσια νοσοκομεία, ΙΚΑ, καθώς και άλλες ιδιωτικές κλινικές και πήγα εκεί για το κάτι παραπάνω. Ανούσιες συμβουλές που θα τις έδινε και ο φαρμακοποιός. "Φιλική" τιμή 40 ευρώ, απόδειξη για 30. Φυσικά δεν παρέλειψε να μου δώσει την κάρτα της προκειμένου να την επισκεφθώ στο ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο. E	Eλένη Χανιωτάκη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχοντας το επισκεφτεί πάνω από 15 φορές ( επείγοντα, νοσηλεία, διαγνωστικές εξετάσεις, επισκέψεις ιατρών) θεωρώ ότι μπορούν να προσφέρουν μια πολύ ικανοποιητικού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτηση. Με ιδιωτική ασφάλιση, δεν έχω πληρώσει ποτέ ούτε ένα ευρώ για όλα αυτά. Στα επείγοντα υπάρχουν τις περισσότερες ώρες ειδικότητες που δεν βρίσκουμε εύκολα σε πολλά νοσοκομεία ( ΏΡΛ, νευρολόγος. πνευμονολογος). Όλες οι ειδικότητες δωρεάν στα προγραμματισμένα, ακόμα και αιματολογος ή διαβητολογος ( επίσκεψη που κράτησε μια ώρα). Ολα αυτα με Εθνική Ασφαλιστική βέβαια. Δεν γνωρίζω τι παρέχεται σε άλλες ασφαλιστικές. Επίσης, έχοντας κανει μια ενδελεχή έρευνα σχετικά με τα κοστη στα περισσότερα ιδιωτικά νοσοκομεία ειναι απο τα πλεον οικονομικά. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα είναι ότι έχουν αντιληφθεί όλες αυτές τις υπηρεσίες όλοι οι κάτοικοι των νοτίων προαστίων και υπάρχει καποιες φορές λίγη αναμονή παραπάνω ειδικά στα ραντεβού των προγραμματισμένων διαγνωστικών εξετάσεων. Μετά από αρκετές επισκέψεις και δύο νοσηλείες έχω κάθε δικαίωμα να μαυρίσω αυτό το μαγαζί..Διότι περί τέτοιου πρόκειται.. -Λάθος διαγνώσεις και χρέωση για εξετάσεις που ουδεμία σχέση είχαν με το πρόβλημά μου τελικά. -Οταν χρειάστηκε να νοσηλευτώ δε μου έμεινε φλέβα για φλέβα στα χέρια καθώς μου τις έσπαγαν διαδοχικά στην προσπάθειά τους για χορήγηση ορού. -Αποκορύφωμα το πρώτο γεύμα μετά από αφαίρεση αμυγδαλών...Ζελέ και κάτι αλμυρό που πραγματικά με πέρασε σε άλλο επίπεδο αντοχής πόνου έκτοτε.. Y	YannisPsara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Ιδιωτικό Θεραπευτήριο, από τα πιο σύγχρονα εξοπλισμένο στην Ευρώπη, με πολύ ικανότατους και Αναγνωρισμένους Ιατρούς και άρτια καταρτισμένο προσωπικό! Όσο ήταν "ΙΔΙΩΤΙΚΟ" όλα ήταν άψογα! Αλλά πού να βρεθούν πλέον τα χρήματα για Νοσηλεία σε Ιδιωτικό Νοσοκομείο, εάν είσαι ανασφάλιστος?!! Οπότε αναγκαστικά έγινε συμβεβλημένο με Ε.Ο.Π.Π.Υ και από τότε υπάρχουν οι ουρές, τα καθυστερημένα ραντεβού, το τρέξιμο του προσωπικού και γενικά έπαψε να υπάρχει η εξυπηρέτηση του όντως Ιδιωτικού Νοσοκομείου! Κυρίως στα Εξωτερικά Ιατρεία αλλά και στα Επείγοντα περιστατικά, θυμίζει κατά πολύ Δημόσιο Νοσοκομείο, αλλά με πολύ ακριβότερες παροχές! ΔΕΝ υπάρχει όμως αμφισβήτηση ότι παρέχει από τις πιο εξελιγμένες τεχνολογικά και επιστημονικά παροχές! - Private Hospital, one of the most modern equipped in Europe, with very capable and Recognized Doctors and well-trained staff! When I went to their very crowded check up department, no one found my name on apontment list. No solutions offered. I have had better treatment in public hospital in Athens. Very disapointed. Maybe they offer better service for locals. But as a foreigner I had a very bad experience.

The day care was also excellent by the nurses and support team. My mother (78 years old) after seeing various consultants and spend almost three weeks in a local national hospital about her spine issues, finally we introduced to Dr V Vougioukas. She had minimal invasive operation in her lower back. All gone as planned and with only 2 days stay in the hospital and 1 month in a rehabilitation unit we feel confident that she will be able to walk and live a normal life as before. I highly recommend this hospital to the local people as well people from abroad.
