Ο ναός βρίσκεται δεξιά του δρόμου που οδηγεί στους Πάνου Μπουλαριούς. Σίγουρα ήταν παλιό μοναστήρι. Σήμερα στο νεκροταφείο "Πυργάκια" των Πάνω Μπουλαριών των οικογενειών Παπαδάκου - Φουντικάκου. Ανακαινισμένη τώρα τελευταία. Εξωτερικά έχει τοιχογραφίες του 18ου αιώνα της ντόπιας σχολής ζωγραφικής. Χαρακτηριστική η ομοιότητα μιας τοιχογραφίας που παριστάνει τον Άρειο, αιρετικό Πατριάρχη Αλεξανδρείας, να τιμωριέται στην Κόλαση, με εκείνη που υπάρχει στην Παναγία (Κοίμηση) του Κούνου.

The temple is located on the right side of the road that leads to Panos Boularios. It was definitely an old monastery.
