Neptune Luxury Spa Suites

Stayed here from September 10-15th. Absolutely loved the location, service, suite layout, private pool and the cleanliness. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with the best hospitality. All our questions were answered and we were given many recommendations on how to make the best of our trip. Every staff member treated us with nothing but kindness. Breakfast is included, which we loved! We were also very spoiled with lots of extra yummy snacks! Plus you get tons of privacy and the most gorgeous view. Definitely a luxury stay!

I love this place. I will come back anytime and will definitely refer couples to go there. Its beyond amazing

wouldn't recommend it. its in the middle of nowhere. Only got the at the pool area until 11am then you were in the shade all day (October). staff really friendly but I would not go back.

My husband and I loved our visit so much that it was difficult to leave. The receptionist, Ionna, was most attentive and friendly! She helped us book an ATV, at a nearby car rental office, and also helped us book a catamaran cruise. The best part was that she gave us a map with great recommendations on where to visit and eat. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Santorini, which was exactly what we were looking wanting for our stay. The heated pool and sauna was amazing, and the breakfast was even better. They also do daily housekeeping, which was comforting to come back to after a long day of exploring the island. I cannot recommend this place enough. We are most definitely coming back when we visit Santorini again.

Neptune My wife and I loved our stay in this place that we wanted to extend further. The reception team Ioanna & Sophia were very welcoming, friendly and smiling!! We knew from the moment we parked our car (Free Parking available) we were in the perfect place. We have been communicating with Ioanna & George via email prior to our stay and they were always quick at responding emails. Sophia gave us a map with great recommendations on where to visit and restaurants. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Santorini, which was exactly what we were looking wanting for our stay. As we had a car everything was within 20-25 mins drive. It’s located very close to the Lighthouse (7mins drive) and we watched the sunset from there. There is a supermarket right opposite the hotel which is very convenient! The breakfast was amazing and they kept surprising us with new meals. They do daily housekeeping. The bathroom also is a sauna which is a nice touch. We stayed upstairs in room number 4, which over looked the sea and it was private. Very rare we saw couple of people walk-in into their room from a different hotel but nothing bothered us. Every time we used to come back to the hotel we used to speak to both Sophia & Ioanna and we talk about everything, they are super super friendly. We came in Mid June and we had the sun shining from the morning till about 7pm and it faded away, long enough to get your tan and enjoy the views!! I would definitely recommend this place.

What an amazing holiday we passed there!!! The hotel is clean, and the view is wonderful. From the booking, George was nice by email. There Anna and Sophia made everything simple: a private cruise on a luxury boat, best tables booked in Oia and Fira, breakfast was perfect (maybe too consistent). Thanks a lot for your attentions

It's a nice hotel, the staff is friendly and the breakfast very nice, but it didn't really feel luxurious (except for the price maybe). What we missed the most is privacy in the private pool area; there was literally none. The hamam is a nice touch, but hot steam blowing into your legs in the small shower cabin becomes more than uncomfortable very quickly.

The best hotel we could have chosen for our Honeymoon. We had just arrived from Athens, exhausted because we had a flight at 06:00 in the morning and had woken up at 02:00. Also, the experience at the hotel in Athens did not go well and we were a little disappointed. When we arrived we knew that of course we could only check in at 15:00 but we were so sleepy and tired that we thought that maybe the Athens experience would be prolonged and we were already getting discouraged. Sophia at the front desk was exceptional; she carefully (and patiently) managed to find a vacant room at that time and we were able to check in. As soon as I entered the room I realized that the experience had everything to be a dream. It exceeded expectations. The room is wonderful, stunning view, super calm, quiet, beautiful architecture! The room is so nice that I commented to my husband that I didn't even feel like visiting the island!!! I just wanted to stay there. After sleeping we went to the reception, once again Sophia was super super sweet! She showed us the whole island on a map, restaurant suggestions and gave us lots of interesting suggestions so we could enjoy this wonderful island to the fullest! And so it is... the experience is being so good that I can't wait for the last day to leave this comment! If there were 10000 stars that's what I would give. I look forward to going back to Santorini more often on vacation and WITHOUT A Doubt I will stay here at Neptune!
