Οι λιανικές τιμές που πουλάει για κάποιο λόγο δε περιέχουν Φ.Π.Α, και όταν έγινε λάθος στις διαστάσεις και του ζήτησα να μου το αλλάξει αρνήθηκε. Αποφύγετε το. Edit 26/07/2021 (3 χρόνια μετά) Δεν μου έγινε καμία αναφορά για την απουσία ΦΠΑ, και δεν υπήρχε κανένας λόγος να μην αναφέρεται εξ αρχής ο ΦΠΑ αφού είχα εξηγήσει οτι είμαι ιδιώτης και πελάτης λιανικής. Στην λιανική πώληση πρέπει πάντα να συμπεριλαμβάνεται ο ΦΠΑ. Το λάθος με τις διαστάσεις ήταν οτι εγώ αναφερόμουν στις διαστάσεις της εγκοπής ενώ η γρίλια κατασκευάστηκε με αυτές τις μετρήσεις ως εξωτερική περίμετρο. Εάν υπήρχε αμφιβολία θα έπρεπε να είχε διευκρινηστεί από τον επαγγελματία του αντικειμένου, οχι να φορτώνουμε το λάθος στον πελάτη. Ακόμα και τίποτα από τα παραπάνω να μην είχε συμβεί, η αντιμετώπιση και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άθλια από το πρώτο βήμα στο μαγαζί. Είμαι άσχετος με το αντικείμενο και ζήτησα συμβουλές. Οι απαντήσεις που έπαιρνα ήταν βαριεστημένες και επιθετικές λες και μου κάνουν χάρη που μου μιλάνε. Tragic service, rude salesman who did me a favor by talking to me.
