★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι και κουτοπόνηροι,θέλουν πληρωμή για να δεχθούν την παραγγελία και μετά σου λένε σε ένα μήνα κι αν η παραλαβή, παρόλο που αναφέρουν άμεση παράδοση.

Unacceptable and gossipy, they want payment to accept the order and then they tell you in a month if the receipt, although they mention immediate delivery.

Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και επιβεβαίωση τιμής ίντερνετ, πήγα να παραλάβω και ήθελαν να πληρώσω επιπλέον 13€ για καρέκλα αξίας 37€, επειδή ήταν μονταρισμένη, δηλαδή εκθεσιακή!
Το customer service στα παραδείγματα προς αποφυγήν!
Unacceptable behavior!
After telephone communication and internet price confirmation, I went to pick up and they wanted to pay an extra 13 € for a chair worth 37 €, because it was mounted, ie exhibition!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could summarise I would say “STAY AWAY”!!!! To be honest I visited because my parents had prior purchased various furniture for their house and they always talked highly about the quality and longevity of those. So when I desired I wanted a table for the living room by the couch they suggested Sylas!!! I saw the furniture, seemed ?? and added some features. The cost was high but I decided it was worth it. When they delivered the item most of they features I ordered and payed weren’t there. So after many calls they finally sent someone not do the fixing and replacing in my home. Long story short, when I had to move the furniture or raise it to place a carpet, the entire structure was wobbly ???. That brings us to the present day where I have now added some holdings and when I raised the bottom to check why it’s was so wonky I see that they paint only what is visible and the strong pieces of wood where nothing else than a show. As the years passed seems that a lot have since the years of my parent’s changed and the craftsmanship is now replaced by the strive for fast money and profit. So if you want to throw away your money ? go for it. I d rather buy from IKEA…
