Οι δάσκαλοι είναι έμπειροι, πολύ προσεκτικοί και βρίσκονται δίπλα σου κατά την διάρκεια του μαθήματος, χωρίς να αφήνουν περιθώρια λάθους στην εκτέλεση της κάθε άσκησης.Το ασκησιολόγιο προσαρμόζεται στις ανάγκες του κάθε ασκούμενου και ενώ το μάθημα είναι ομαδικό (4 ατομα) μοιάζει με personal. The place is very beautiful, clean and with a nice sea view. The teachers are experienced, very careful and are by your side during the lesson, leaving no room for error in the execution of each exercise. The exercise book is adapted to the needs of each trainee and while the lesson is group (4 people) it looks like personal.

Πηγαίνω συνήθως μετά το γραφείο το απόγευμα και στο τέλος του μαθήματος νιώθω πολύ πιο ζωντανή και ευδιάθετη. Το highlight για μένα είναι να κάνεις την ώρα που δύει ο ήλιος, καθώς το στούντιο προσφέρει μια φανταστική θέα στη θάλασσα. Οι δάσκαλοι έχουν μεγάλη γκάμα ασκησιολογίου. Έχω κάνει 10 μαθήματα μέχρι στιγμής και το καθένα είναι διαφορετικό από το άλλο. Σε καθοδηγούν διακριτικά κι προσαρμόζουν τισ ασκήσεις στις ανάγκες και το σωματότυπό σου. The space inspires you to work out and unwind. I usually go to the office in the afternoon and at the end of the class I feel much more lively and in good spirits. The highlight for me is to do it at sunset, as the studio offers a fantastic sea view. Teachers have a wide range of exercises. I have done 10 lessons so far and each one is different from the other. They guide you discreetly and adapt the exercises to your needs and body type.

Οι γυμναστές στα ομαδικά προγράμματα ειναι πάνω απο τον κάθε ασκούμενο οπότε το μάθημα είναι σαν ιδιαίτερο. Το επέλεξα μετά απο προτροπή του φυσικοθεραπευτή μου για αποθεραπεία σε τραυματισμό στη μέση μου και μετά απο 2 μήνες μπορώ να πω οτι η κατάστασή μου είναι πολύ βελτιωμένη. Το περιβάλλον είναι ζεστό και τα παιδιά που τρέχουν το στούντιο είναι πολύ φιλικά και εξυπηρετικά. Excellent space with very nice decoration and clean. The trainers in the group programs are above each trainee so the lesson is like special. I chose it at the urging of my physiotherapist for recovery from an injury to my waist and after 2 months I can say that my condition is much improved. The environment is warm and the kids running the studio are very friendly and helpful.
