Σήμερα κατα ένα περίεργο τρόπο θα έλεγα, με όλα όσα έχω ακούσει για τις καθυστερήσεις των κουριερ, παρέλαβα την παραγγελία μου. Σας ευχαριστώ για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. I placed an order on 08/01 and the store sent the order the same day in the afternoon. Today in a strange way I would say, with everything I have heard about courier delays, I received my order. Thank you for the prompt service.

Αν και είναι λίγο δύσκολο να τους βρεις τηλεφωνικά (φαντάζομαι λόγω του φόρτου), αλλά απάντησαν αρκετά άμεσα στο e-mail μου για να με εξυπηρετήσουν. They helped me a lot to order the right product I wanted because I had made a mistake in my order. Although it is a bit difficult to find them over the phone (I imagine due to the load), but they answered my e-mail quite immediately to serve me.
T	Thanasis Koufos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά την παραγγελία που φαινόταν το προϊόν ετοιμοπαράδοτο δεν είχα επικοινωνία για 10 μέρες, αφού τους ενόχλησα τα έριχναν ο ένας στον άλλον, τελικά μίλησα με τον Κο Νι......δη που με διαβεβαίωσε ότι θα με ειδοποιούσε αύριο. Τελικά πέρασε μια βδομάδα ακόμη και ξαναπήρα τηλέφωνο, και δικαιολογίες πολλές συγνώμες κλπ. και θα σας ειδοποιήσουμε αύριο, Πήρα εγώ τηλέφωνο πάλι και μου είπαν ότι τελικά δεν έχουν και δεν μπορούν να βρούνε το προϊόν που είχαν στο site τους σαν ετοιμοπαράδοτο. Είμαι Ελεύθερος επαγγελματίας και με κρέμασαν στην δουλειά μου. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ και το προσωπικό αλλά και η εταιρία με το site NEXTSPOT. A	Anastasia Boura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που είχα σε ηλεκτρονική αγορά. Πραγματοποίησα την παραγγελία στις 5 Δεκεμβρίου με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα είχα παραλαβή 14-16 Δεκέμβρη. Έπειτα από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία συμφωνήσαμε να παραλάβω την παραγγελία από την αποθήκη καθώς είναι δίπλα στο σπίτι μου και με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι είναι κάτι εφικτό. Στην συνέχεια έλαβα ένα μήνυμα που έλεγε ότι η παραγγελία μου ετοιμάζεται στις 16 Δεκεμβρη. Τους ξανά καλεσα και υπενθύμισα ότι επιθυμώ να παραλάβω από το Nextspot και με διαβεβαίωσαν για 2η φορά πως μόλις είναι έτοιμη θα ενημερώσουν για να περάσω να την παραλάβω, ώστε να αποφευχθεί η αναμονή με courier λόγω της κατάστασης που επικρατεί. Το ίδιο βράδυ έλαβα μήνυμα ότι η παραγγελία μου έχει αποσταλεί με courier. Τους κάλεσα για να ρωτήσω τι έχει γίνει και αν εγινε κάποιο λάθος. Με διαβεβαίωσαν για ακόμα μια φορά ότι θα με ενημερωσουν για το τι έγινε και μήπως προλάβουν να ακυρώσουν την αποστολή, κάτι που φυσικά δεν έγινε ποτέ. Μακάρι να είχα διαβάσει νωρίτερα την αρνητική κριτική αλλού δυσαρεστημένου πελάτη τους. Σας προτείνω να αποφύγετε παραγγελίες από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και να μην λάβετε υπόψιν ότι και να σας πουν στο τηλέφωνο. The worst experience I had in online shopping. I placed the order on December 5, they informed me that I would receive it on December 14-16. After a phone call we agreed to pick up the order from the warehouse as it is next to my house and they assured me that something is possible. Then I received a message saying that my order is being prepared on December 16th. I called them again and reminded them that I want to pick up from Nextspot and they assured me for the 2nd time that as soon as it is ready they will inform me to pick it up, in order to avoid waiting by courier due to the prevailing situation. That same night I received a message that my order had been sent by courier. I called them to ask what had happened and if anything had gone wrong. They assured me once again that they would inform me of what had happened and that they might manage to cancel the shipment, which of course never happened. I wish I had read the negative review of their dissatisfied customer earlier. I suggest you avoid orders from this store and do not take into account whatever they tell you on the phone.

Τελικά ήρθε το προϊόν στις 21 Δεκεμβρίου. Το προϊόν το οποίο και ήρθε μετά από 13 μέρες αργότερα ενώ ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμο ήρθε και ήταν ελαττωματικό. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα αλλά δεν πήρα απάντηση, ούτε σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία ούτε σε email. Έπειτα από 10 ημέρες επαναλήφθηκε το email και μου απάντησαν ότι θα επιστραφούν τα χρήματα (13.09).. Από τότε και πέρα δεν επεστράφησαν τα χρήματα και δεν υπήρξε και καμία επικοινωνία από μέρος τους.. Δεν είναι το ποσό, είναι η κοροϊδία. Σας προτείνω να αποφύγετε παραγγελίες από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και να μην λάβετε υπόψιν ότι και να σας πουν στο τηλέφωνο, είτε σε μηνύματα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου. Εντελώς αναξιόπιστοι. The product which came after 13 days later while it was immediately available came and was defective. I contacted the store but did not receive a response, neither by phone nor by email. After 10 days the email was repeated and they replied that the money will be returned (13.09) .. Since then the money was not returned and there was no communication from them .. It is not the amount, it is a joke. I suggest you avoid orders from this store and do not take into account whatever they tell you on the phone or in emails. Completely unreliable.

Δυστυχώς συνεργάζονται με ΕΛΤΑ Courrier κι υποτίθεται ότι από 21/9 έχει αποσταλεί σύμφωνα με το μειλ τους. 6 ημέρες μετά ακόμα περιμένω να την παραλάβω.... Σύνολο 10 μέρες κι ακόμα δεν έχω το προϊόν...απαράδεκτο για μια αποστολή εντός Ελλάδας. Η επιλογή των ΕΛΤΑ μάλλον δεν είναι και τόσο καλή επιλογή συνεργάτη. My order for an available product was made on 17/9. It took them 4 days to send it. Unfortunately, they are collaborating with ELTA Courrier and it is supposed that since 21/9 it has been sent according to their e-mail. 6 days later I am still waiting to receive it .... A total of 10 days and I still do not have the product ... unacceptable for a shipment within Greece. The choice of ELTA is probably not such a good choice of partner.

Θα μου πείτε ελεύθερη αγορά έχουμε,άλλα το να το χρεώνεις 200 ευρώ όταν στην αγορά έχει 79 ειναι πολυ τραβηγμένο,και αν πάλι θέλεις να κερδίσεις και με το παραπάνω βάλε μια τιμή 100 120 ευρώ οχι 200 γιατί έτσι σαν μαγαζί χάνεις την αξιοπιστία σου και το σεβασμό της πελατείας σου. Μην γίνουμε σαν τους μαυραγορίτες της κατοχής που σου επερναν ένα οικόπεδο για ένα κιλό αλεύρι.
