Στο κατάστημα ωστόσο με εξυπηρέτησαν σωστά. Having simultaneous cooperation with all mobile companies, I can say that Wind is the worst company in Greece. In the store, however, I was served properly.

Όποτε έχω πάει για αλλαγή στοιχείων τα μπερδεύουν,τα ρίχνει ο ένας υπάλληλος στον άλλον,ο προϊστάμενος εξαφανισμένος και την τελευταία φορά χρειάστηκε να πάω ξανά και ξανά για να αναβαθμίσω τη sim μένοντας 7 μέρες χωρίς τηλέφωνο!! Αλλάξτε κατάστημα για να γλυτώσετε!!! The shame of Wind! Whenever I go to change items they confuse them, one employee throws them at the other, the boss disappears and last time I had to go again and again to upgrade the sim staying 7 days without a phone !! Change store to save !!!

Δήλωσαν λανθασμένη διεύθυνση στην αίτηση μου για νέα σύνδεση και ως εκ τούτου η αίτηση σύνδεσης καθυστέρησε σημαντικά. Στίς επόμενες επικοινωνίες που είχαμε για το θέμα μου δήλωναν πως θα στείλουν mail και όσες φορές μου ζητούσαν να με ξανακαλέσουν για να με ενημερώσουν, ΠΟΤΕ δεν το εκαναν. Μάλιστα η λύση που μου πρότεινε η υπάλληλος στην τελευταία επικοινωνία ήταν να ακυρώσω την αίτηση ενώ περιμένω 2 μήνες εξαιτίας δικού τους λάθους.Τουλάχιστον αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά! One of the worst service experiences. They gave me the wrong address in my request for a new connection and therefore the connection request was significantly delayed. In the following communications we had on the subject they stated that they would send me an email and as many times as they asked me to call me again to inform me, they NEVER did so. In fact, the solution that the employee suggested to me in the last communication was to cancel the application while I wait 2 months due to their own mistake. At least unprofessional behavior!

Flawless service, high standards of professional offer, polite and trained staff, in an excellent location-direct access to the Mall without having to wander and waste time to find the store.
