Except for the profiteroles, the rest were stale .. We got on the phone to tell them that they are exposed and of course they told us from above.

Παρέλαβα μια τούρτα στις 5 Ιουλίου 2020 από το κατάστημα Αλεξούδας της Πυλαίας αφού την είχα παραγγείλει λίγες ημέρες νωρίτερα. Την μετέφερα γρήγορα στο σπίτι μου και την τοποθέτησα αμέσως στο ψυγείο (το σπίτι μου από το ζαχαροπλαστείο απέχουν 3 λεπτά με το αμάξι!). Όταν την έβγαλα με την παρέα μου λίγες ώρες αργότερα για να την κάνουμε έκπληξη σε πάρτυ γενεθλίων, προς έκπληξη μας η τούρτα είχε λιώσει και είχε πέσει στο πλάι. Φυσικά δεν μπορέσαμε να βγάλουμε ούτε μια φωτογραφία με την τούρτα αφού ήταν εντελώς κατεστραμμένη και λιωμένη όπως φαίνεται και στην φωτογραφία. Έχω παραγγείλει στο παρελθόν πάρα πολλές τούρτες από διάφορα ζαχαροπλαστεία στη Θεσσαλονίκη - Μίλτος, Αγαπητός, Sugarela, Κωνσταντινίδης, Galvas- και ποτέ δεν μου συνέβη κάτι παρόμοιο. Δυστυχώς δεν θα επέλεγα ξανά τούρτα από τα καταστήματα Αλεξούδας αλλά και θα απέτρεπα άλλους από το να παραγγείλουν. Υπάρχουν πολλά άλλα ζαχαροπλαστεία που μπορούν να εγγυηθούν την επιτυχία της τούρτας και αν τελικά αυτή δεν επιτύχει και γενικά το προϊόν δεν ικανοποιήσει τον τελικό σκοπό για τον οποίο δημιουργήθηκε, αποζημιώνουν τον πελάτη αναλόγως! I ordered a birthday cake and it melted !! I received a cake on July 5, 2020 from the Alexoudas store in Pylaia after I had ordered it a few days earlier. I quickly transported it to my house and immediately placed it in the fridge (my house is 3 minutes away by car from the patisserie!). When I took it out with my friends a few hours later to surprise her at a birthday party, to our surprise the cake had melted and fallen to the side. Of course we could not take a single photo with the cake since it was completely damaged and melted as shown in the photo. I have ordered many cakes from various confectioneries in Thessaloniki in the past - Miltos, Agapitos, Sugarela, Konstantinidis, Galvas - and nothing like this has ever happened to me. Unfortunately, I would not choose a cake again from Alexoudas stores, but I would also prevent others from ordering. There are many other confectioneries that can guarantee the success of the cake and if in the end it does not succeed and generally the product does not meet the final purpose for which it was created, they compensate the customer accordingly!
m	makissar sare3665 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν παραγγέλνεις και λες Θέλω την τούρτα στις 12 εννοείς στις 12 και όχι στη 13.00 η στις 14.00 Επίσης ζητάν το ΑΦΜ σου για να κόψουν απόδειξη. Αυτό δεν το έχω ξαναδεί. Η τούρτα μέτρια. Η εμπειρία κακη When you order and say I want the cake at 12 you mean at 12 and not at 13.00 or 14.00 They also asked for your VAT number to cut a receipt. I have never seen this. The cake is mediocre. The experience is bad

Δυστυχώς τα βατόμουρα από μέσα και κάτω ήταν μουχλιασμένα. Απαράδεκτο για επώνυμο ζαχαροπλαστείο το οποίο το εμπιστευόμαστε δεκαετίες. Κρίμα... In the morning I bought for my wife's birthday, a nice cake with savoy and blueberries with strawberries on top. Unfortunately the blackberries inside and down were moldy. Unacceptable for a branded patisserie that we have trusted for decades. Pity...
D	Dimanopuloszné dr.Mészáros Brigitta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλη ποικιλία , ωραία παγωτά και νόστιμες τούρτες , αλλά οι πωλήτριες δεν ειναι ούτε ευγενικές ούτε εξιπηρετικες..για αυτές μερικές φορές δεν μας αρέσει να αγοράσουμε εκεί . Και λείπουν στα προϊόντα χωρίς ζάχαρη και γλουτένη .Μετά το Χριστούγεννα προσπαθούμε να αγοράσουμε προϊόντα χωρίς γλουτένη .. αλλά η πωλήτρια είπε δεν έχουμε κανένα προϊόντα χωρίς γλουτένη :( Great variety, nice ice creams and delicious cakes, but the saleswomen are neither polite nor helpful ... for them sometimes we do not like to buy there. And they are missing in the products without sugar and gluten. After Christmas we try to buy products without gluten .. but the seller said we have no products without gluten :(

Από το κωκ που ήταν τούβλο μέχρι την Παυλοβα που ήταν σοβάς..το προφιτερόλ ήταν κάπως καλό κ όταν τους τηλεφωνήσαμε μας την είπαν κιόλας ότι σήμερα τα φτιάξανε όλα στο εργαστήριο τους...τραγικοί μιλαμε There was nothing in our order that was not stale ... From the coke that was brick to Pavlova that was plaster..the profiteroles were a bit good and when we called them they already told us that today they made everything in their workshop ... we are talking tragically
