★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this beautiful hotel to visit Athens. It really served all my needs. I loved the design of the room and it was super clean. The staff was very helpful and explained to me how to easily move around and discover all the choices of viewing Athens even by foot! I am a runner and I enjoyed so much going for my morning run in the nearby amazing locations! The breakfast was perfect! If you go to Athens, Niki Athens hotel is your place to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. Family suite with two levels, two full baths and two balconies was perfect for my family of four. Teens had their own space and parents theirs. Updated decor with quality materials and industrial vibe. Good view of the Acropolis from top balcony. Breakfast was very good. Good location with easy access to Syntagma Square, Ermou street and the Plaka. Small enough hotel to provide friendly, attentive service but big enough to have all the updates and amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found a ball of hair in the shower shelf.
However the host simply said they always double check and she didn’t think that that was there before us, basically called us liars.
I guess here the customer is never right.
The “courtyard view” is a small window facing a wall.
The shower is the smallest I’ve ever seen, and I live in NYC.
We asked if we could check out earlier and stay only one night instead of 2, get a refund for the second night we had prepaid, since we were so unhappy, but they rudely refused.
They would much rather have unsatisfied customers.
I very much don’t recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not expect much from 3 star hotel, but this place had modern interior and entire facilty was kept moderately clean. Breakfast, which was served on order basis at the ground floor restaurant, gave me an impression that I was getting much fresher food than the american buffet style. Hotel's location is also great. It is only few minute walk from plaka, syntagma square. Less than 10 minute walk from Acropolis. Since it is not on one of the main street, there wasn't much of traffic noise. Every staff I encountered here was nice and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time solo travelling and the hotel was amazing! They upgraded my room with a balcony, their rooms/hotel is nice, modern and the food was delicious! They were also great at accomodating a late check out for me and called a taxi for my next transfer.overall, a great experience!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was small but quite inexpensive, so I'll judge on that basis. Everything else was wonderful - great location in Plaka, excellent front desk, and a hip ground floor organic restaurant whereas to order breakfast was served. What's not to like?
