Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμος χώρος στάθμευσης έστω 2-3 αμαξιών, ώστε να μπορείς να σταθμεύσεις έξω από το κατάστημα σε περίπτωση αγοράς ογκωδους προϊόντος. Good and fast service, friendly staff. Unfortunately, there is no parking space for even 2-3 cars, so you can park outside the store in case of purchasing a bulky product.
Π	Πετρίνα Καλλιγά on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που έχω λάβει ποτέ, πλην δύο τριών ατόμων. Γενικά ανοργάνωτοι και καμιά επικοινωνία μεταξύ τους. Είχα μια εμπειρία με ένα φουρνάκι ως φοιτήτρια, η όλη διαδικασία της αντικατάστασης και παραλαβής κράτησε 1 μήνα +, δεν ήρθε καν στην ημερομηνία της η παραγγελία μου, το πήγαιναν από βδομάδα σε βδομάδα, ώσπου αναγκάστηκα να πάω από εκεί να πάρω ένα που είχαν, και να μην μου το φέρουν και σπίτι λόγω Black Friday. Αυτά για τα Welcome stores στις Σέρρες!!! Καλύτερα να πάτε σε κάποιο άλλο κατάστημα!!! The worst service I've ever received, except for two to three people. Generally disorganized and no communication between them. I had an experience with a batch as a student, the whole process of replacing and receiving took 1 month +, my order didn't even come on a date, it went from week to week, until I had to go from there to get one, and not bring me home because of Black Friday. These for the Welcome stores in Serres !!! Better to go to another store !!!
G	Georgia Karagiannidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλε η μητέρα μου ένα ψυγείο της BEKO στις 28/2/20(έγινε η πληρωμή) και ήρθε στις 9/3 ελαττωματικό, καθώς είχε φουσκωμένο εσωτερικό τοίχωμα της κατάψυξης. Μετά από αρκετές προσπάθειες επικοινωνίας με το τμήμα service (εξωτερικοί συνεργάτες) ήρθαν να το δουν μετά από πολλές μέρες. Γενικά, ακολούθησε μια σειρά τηλεφωνημάτων για το αν τελικά θα γίνει η αντικατάσταση με νέο. Εν τέλει δεν έμεινα καθόλου ευχαριστημένη από τη συνεργασία με την welcome, καθώς όσο ευγενικοί και να ήταν στο τηλέφωνο οι υπάλληλοι της Welcome Νικηφορίδης δεν έδειξαν τον αντίστοιχο επαγγελματισμό που περίμενα. Τελικά το ψυγείο αντικαταστάθηκε με νέο έναν μήνα μετά δηλαδή 3/4. My mother ordered a BEKO refrigerator on 28/2/20 (the payment was made) and it came on 9/3 defective, as it had an inflated inner wall of the freezer. After several attempts to contact the service department (external partners) they came to see it after many days. In general, there was a series of phone calls about whether to replace it with a new one. In the end, I was not at all happy with the cooperation with welcome, as no matter how polite they were on the phone, the employees of Welcome Nikiforidis did not show the corresponding professionalism that I expected. Finally, the refrigerator was replaced with a new one a month later, ie 3/4.
Ν	Νίκος Τσακιρίδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχοντας σχεδόν όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές στο σπίτι μου αγορασμένες από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα περίμενα καλύτερη αντιμετώπιση όταν εμφανίστηκε κάποιο πρόβλημα. Λοιπόν στις 6/11/2019 αγόρασα πλυντήριο AEG.Στις 25/08/2020 το λάστιχο της πόρτας τρύπησε και βασικά έφυγε τελείως απ τη θέση του. Λέω οκ το καλύπτει η εγγύηση 2 χρόνων. Αμ δε...ΜΟΝΟ τηλεφωνικά τα κεντρικά μου αρνήθηκαν να καλύψουν τη ζημιά και φυσικά δεν απάντησαν σε 3 μηνύματα γραπτώς όταν ζήτησα να μου εξηγήσουν το λόγο.Εκεί λοιπόν έρχεται η ευθύνη του καταστήματος.Αφού πήγα κανά δυο φορές και επικοινώνησαν με ένα πωλητή της AEG και με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου μαντέψτε τι έγινε.... Ούτε φωνή ούτε ακρόαση.Φυσικά πήγα άλλες δυο φορές στο κατάστημα και φυσικά θα επικοινωνούσαν μαζί μου... Είναι 8/09/2020 και ακόμα επικοινωνούν...Αν σε ένα πελάτη που έχει αγοράσει αρκετά πράγματα από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα συμπεριφέρονται έτσι, μπορεί να φανταστεί κανείς τι θα γίνει όταν κάποιος πάει πρώτη φορά και αντιμετωπίσει πρόβλημα. Πραγματικά με ενόχλησε αυτή η αδιαφορία και η μη τήρηση των όρων της εγγύησης καθώς αποτελεί παραπλάνηση του καταναλωτή .Φταίει φυσικά ο αντιπρόσωπος της AEG στην Ελλάδα αλλά και το Welcome store έχει την ευθύνη του και έπρεπε να προστατεύσει τον πελάτη του και να ενδιαφερθεί στο ελάχιστο.Κάτι που φυσικά δεν έγινε. Μάλλον θα γράψουν κι εδώ ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου... :) Having almost all the electrical appliances in my house purchased from this particular store I was expecting better treatment when a problem arose. So on 6/11/2019 I bought an AEG washing machine. On 25/08/2020 the door hinge punctured and basically left its place completely. I say ok it is covered by the 2 year warranty. But ... ONLY by phone my headquarters refused to cover the damage and of course they did not respond to 3 text messages when I asked them to explain the reason. So there comes the responsibility of the store. After I went a couple of times and contacted a seller AEG and they assured me that they will contact me guess what happened .... Neither voice nor hearing. Of course I went to the store two more times and of course they would contact me ... It is 8/09/2020 and they are still communicating ... If to a customer who has bought several things from that particular store behave like this, one can imagine what will happen when one goes for the first time and encounters a problem. I was really bothered by this indifference and non-observance of the terms of the warranty as it is misleading the consumer. Which of course did not happen. They will probably write here that they will contact me ... :)

Αγοράσαμε πριν 3 μήνες μια ηλεκτρική κουζίνα η οποία μας ήρθε ελαττωματική και δεν δέχτηκαν να μας την αντικαταστήσουν με γελοίες δικαιολογίες. The worst store in Serres. We bought an electric stove 3 months ago which was defective and they did not accept to replace it with ridiculous excuses.
G	GWT Gaming on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγορασα μια συσκευη και μολις εβγαλε βλαβη σε 1 εβδομαδα η εξυπηρετηση ηταν και μη χειροτερα. αν ο "Στοχος μας ειναι ο καταναλωτης σε καθε καταστημα να νιωθει μοναδικος" οπως γραφει η σελιδα, βαψτε το μπλε και πεταξτε το στον γυαλο. Δεν ξανα αγοραζω τιποτα απο εδω. I bought a device and as soon as it broke down in 1 week the service was no worse. if "Our goal is for the consumer in every store to feel unique" as the page says, paint it blue and throw it in the glass. I will not buy anything from here again.

They offer a good variety of choices for each item they sell. I found some of their prices a little high, but is you are looking for a good value for money, it can be found. Yes, there are many other appliance stores out there with other options, but Welcome offers quality brands at fair prices.
