Only issue is the on line information on trasmission process as there was only the information that the parcel dlivery was "pending" whereas the parcer was already delivered without recieving any information about the time it was delivered to the courier. However, surprisingly, we recieved the parcel very fast which is the most important issue (2 days only during covid lockdown period)!!!

I ordered a Philips Kettle, which arrived with a small break in the handle - I sent SaveIt an email, and got a quick response with an offer to send another kettle, and to return the broken one.
The new kettle arrived and I exchanged it for the broken kettle at ACS .
All-in-all a quick, painless and quality service from SaveIt. I would buy from them again, and recommend them to other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They called me the next day I placed my order (I did it on a Sunday) and notified me that the item was pre-order only (and it was stated as such on their site, so I knew). They estimated a week would pass before they have it and asked if I want it. The item arrived 4 days later. Only minus I would give, the item is a hair dryer and it is heavy. The site only had characteristics as described by product company, so it would be helpful to have a site that can describe what they sell from their own experience.

Found the printer that I wanted & ordered it on Easter Monday afternoon, not expecting it until the weekend (Alonissos, Northern Sporades). Phone call from ACS Wednesday 13:00 to say my printer was there!!
Great, rapid service & excellent price, saving 20% on our local electrical "chain" store. Would recommend to everyone & will use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional behavior. The product was shipped to Athens in 2 days, but there were delays from the courier’s side. I called SaveIt and the customer service was excellent. They called the courier and called me back to inform me that the delivery would take place the next day, which was the case. Lowest price I could find for that product.
