in the bathroom there is never toilet paper and hand soap, when you ask for it they give you a piece of paper to dry your hands. With such prices, the toilet paper should be complimentary to every customer.

Unfortunately the don't speak english, but in the other hand they are really kind and you can be able to ask what you want in some other way.
