★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκα ένα ηλεκτρικό εργαλείο το οποίο κανονικά θα έκανα έρευνα αγοράς πριν το αγοράσω. Περνώντας όμως από εκεί ρώτησα και είχε ένα τελευταίο το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Δεν κοίταξα τιμές που παίζουν στο ίντερνετ από το κινητό και το αγόρασα. Κάποιοι φίλοι έχουν αγοράσει από εκεί και έμειναν ευχαριστημένοι. Αργότερα ψάχνοντας διαπίστωσα ότι παντού είχε τα ίδια χρήματα.
Όμως προς απογοήτευση μου το εργαλείο δεν δούλευε είχε κάποιο πρόβλημα. Την επόμενη μέρα το πήγα πίσω.
Το παλικάρι που ήταν εκεί μου ζήτησε πολλές φορές συγνώμη και αμέσως μου έδωσε τα χρήματα μου πίσω αφού δεν είχε άλλο διαθέσιμο.
Για την άμεση ανταπόκριση λοιπόν στο θέμα καθώς και για την ευγένεια αυτού του παιδιού βάζω 5 αστέρια.
I needed a power tool which I would normally do market research before buying it. However, passing by, I asked and the specific store had one last one. I did not look at prices playing on the internet from my mobile and bought it. Some friends have bought from there and were happy. Later searching I found that he had the same money everywhere.
But to my disappointment the tool did not work it had a problem. The next day I took it back.
The lad who was there apologized to me many times and immediately gave me my money back as he had no more available.
So for the immediate response to the issue as well as for the kindness of this child I put 5 stars.
