Very nice rooms very close to the beech, good restaurant.

Very close to the beach. Great views. Well stocked local shop (not over priced). Almost don't want to recommend it on Google because then we won't be able to book it so easily next time!

Nice and clean rooms near the beautiful beach of Plaka. You don't have to take any vehicle to get there. Kind stuff. The only thing I have to mention as a default was that a drawer was smelling bad because it possibly mould.

Lovely rooms, friendly owners and staff, cleaning very good. This sea view studio was fab. Literally walk across a sandy road to the beautiful beach. Restaurant also very good. Had some lovely meals there.

Kiki was so welcoming and all the staff were friendly ans helpful, going above and beyond. They would answer questions before and during arrival. The attached restaurant is always buzzy (despite low season) and food is yum and reasonable.

Beautiful family business with great owners. Location is very easy to reach by direct bus from Naxos port. The rooms are large and very clean. The private beach has crystal clear waters and the beach restaurant with great sunset views makes a wonderful memory out of each diner! Last but not least, the food is great!

We had an awful experience at Nikos Maria Studio Apartments. As a group we booked two premium rooms with private jacuzzis 5 months in advance of arriving at the hotel - one through Expedia and one through Booking.com. These are not cheap rooms and we were very much looking forward to some luxury. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait while the manager tried to confirm both bookings. He then informed one couple that their room was ready and could take them to their room, but that we (the other couple) had to wait a few minutes for our room. We asked if both reservations were OK for both premium rooms and he said yes. Clearly this was lie, as he then returned and we were informed that the second premium room was not available as there was a technical problem. They offered us another room instead which was not comparable in any way - at least 3 times smaller, no private jacuzzi and no terrace. We were only offered a 'free breakfast' as compensation, which was already included in the price!! We weren't even offered a big apology or some kind of future discount if we returned in the future. While we searched for replacement hotels nearby, 3 staff members and the manager sat smoking and drinking coffee next to us without offering any help and quietly watching us, which was incredibly frustrating and frankly bizarre. Finally we found a replacement hotel. When we asked for the manager to physically show us that they had cancelled our rooms on their side and not charged us, he said that the first couple must pay for their room as there was 'no problem with that one'. Of course we refused to pay as we could not have our holiday as planned as a group of 4.The customer service was incredibly poor, the owners were 'not contactable', despite the fact that apparently the owners had actually told manager to handle it in such a secretive way! The whole thing was ridiculous and we wasted half a day of our holiday sorting this mess. Do not recommend at all. This is a complete let down compared to the excellent Greek hospitality which we admired everywhere else during our trip.
