We did not get any food until we had been at the restaurant for well over an hour and that includes the 2 appetizers and bread we ordered. We also were given someone else’s order at one point (and I wish we kept it). What’s worse is that of the 4 dishes we ordered - 1 was delicious, 1 edible but not good, 1 terrible, and 1 was never placed. To make all of this worse they didn’t set appropriate expectations nor did they handle the frustration well.

Like everywhere else in Prokopios, the umbrellas on the beach are charged (usually around €20 to €40) per set. We decided to stay as it wasn't busy and the set was €20. Mistake. The lady came to take the money for the set and took them probably over 30 minutes to return with the drinks we ordered. Service was bad so we just used the mini market across the road to buy our drinks. Not friendly and very slow. We did not eat so cannot comment. As you stepped in the restaurant you could smell the toilets, I wouldn't risk eating there. Avoid. Café del mar which I also charges €20 is super nice with nice staff and nice food and drinks! Go there instead!

Ignored at the dinner service and during the day, trying to get two coffees at the beach is like trying to pull teeth from a donkey’s behind! Unprofessional, unapologetic and useless. I’m expecting a reply from the owner as I’ve seen from other reviews, happy to receive in either Greek or English; your choice! Update after response from owner: Exactly what we were anticipating. The petulant response of an owner incapable of running a smooth business. No wonder there were beds available and everywhere else was packed. We also noted that service was so slow that all nearby Greeks were getting food and drinks from elsewhere and bringing them to the beds to consume. If we don’t have any patience then neither do your other customers. Thanks for the definition but everyone’s patience has a limit, even yours! The review and the reply speaks for itself! We won’t return but I wish you all the best Nikos.

We didn’t order much so can’t really talk about food (however what we asked for was really good). The experience at night is wonderful. Would definitely recommend it.

When the food finally arrived, two hours after we where shown to out table, not only was the order wrong, but I was also completely scamed on the size of the meal. 22 euro i will never see again. This restaurant is undoubtably the most greedy and unworthy restaurant i have ever visited. At this rate i will most likely use tomorow and the rest of My night on getting the food out of me.
