Απαράδεκτη διαμονή 4 βραδιά παγωσαμε με ένα κλιματιστικό που έκανε μόνο θόρυβο και δεν ζεστανε ούτε λίγο τον χώρο το νερό στο μπάνιο παγωμένο οι υπάλληλοι εντελώς αδιάφοροι στο να επιλύσουν τα προβλήματα καθώς το πρώτο βράδυ μίλησα με δύο διαφορετικούς υπαλλήλους και μου είπανε ότι το πρωί θα έρθει τεχνικός να ελέγξει την βλάβη πράγμα που δεν έγινε.Το στρώμα απίστευτα σκληρό και τα πάντα στο δωμάτιο κακης ποιότητας.Αφού ολοκληρώθηκε η διαμονή ακυρωσανε στο booking την κράτηση για να μην μπορώ να σχολιάσω. Πέταξα τα λεφτά μου. I put a star because the system does not allow me to put a zero. Unacceptable stay 4 nights we froze with an air conditioner that made only noise and did not heat the room a bit the water in the bathroom icy the employees were completely indifferent to solving the problems as the first night I talked to two different employees and they told me that morning would come technician to check the damage thing that did not happen.The mattress incredibly hard and everything in the room poor quality.After the stay was canceled in booking the reservation so I can not comment. I wasted my money.

Τό κυριότερο, στο κέντρο καί πολύ ήσυχα τό βράδυ. Θά σάς προτείνουμε και θά ξανά επιστρέψουμε, ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Value For Money, great location I can not fail to mention the accommodation on the premises, which left us with the best impressions, both from the staff and from the cleanliness, comfortable, spacious new accommodation. Most importantly, in the center and very quiet at night. We will recommend you and we will come back again, thank you very much.

I made a booking to stay in one of their apartments in Thessaloniki in August. Due to the coronavirus restrictions in Thessaloniki, we had to cancel our visit to Thessaloniki. However, we had to travel to Thessaloniki only in order to catch our return flight back to Germany. After contacting them, they offered us to stay in a different apartment which we didn't book on a random basis. We were quite shocked by seeing the condition of that apartment. It was not at all cleaned before offering it to us. I don’t know how they can be so ignorant in this Coronavirus crisis situation. I don’t think they follow any safety guidelines for the safety of their guests. Please be very careful in choosing to stay in their apartments. You would be taking a great risk in the current situation. After going through so much stress, they offered to stay in another apartment which was not too bad.

Second time I booked an other apartment in different area. I arrived around 8pm, there was no toilet paper, the shower was also blocked, TV was broken and my stay was a disaster. After my stay and my payment they cancelled my booking with the explanation of a no show. They did so because in that way I couldn't rate them and could not apply for a refund from booking.com. I can prove my stay by pictures, but they cannot prove that they are reliable, because they are not. Stay away! They do not keep their properties in good condition, they only chasing easy money! Wherever you see Nilie either on booking or on Airbnb it is a big NO!!!! STAY AWAY!

We were navigated by the phone by helpfull lady and we managed to get to the apartment finally. We requested to have 2 separate beds (possible option during reservation), but it was not prepared. Just after the call the additional bed linings were delivered. The apartment is nice and new, clean, with big balcony. Good location and easy access by walk to most of places worthy to see. And it is excellent if you like night life! There is the night club at the street and music plays loudly every night up to 2.00 a.m. If you like night life, you’ll be in heaven. We stayed 8 nights and it could be nice to be offered extra cleaning service (towels exchanging at least) for long stays.
