Θ	Θεόφιλος Σπανίδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μου με την Κυρία Μαρία ήταν απογοητευτική !!! Ατελείωτα ψέματα από την αρχή , κακής ποιότητας εξυπηρέτηση χωρίς ίχνος επαγγελματισμού . Δε θα σχολιάσω την συμπεριφορά της όταν επισκεφτήκαμε το ακίνητο γιατί αυτό είναι στην κρίση του κάθε ενδιαφερόμενου. Θα σχολιάσω όμως το επιθετικό της ύφος όταν αρνήθηκα να μεταφέρω χρηματικό ποσό (1.400€) ΣΕ ΜΕΤΡΗΤΑ στο γραφείο της , το οποίο θα κάλυπτε την εγγύηση και το πρώτο μίσθιο (χωρίς καμία απόδειξη ότι έδωσα το ποσό) καθώς και την αμοιβή της( ένα ενοίκιο - χωρίς απόδειξη όπως μου είπε)!!! Όταν ζήτησα να γίνουν νόμιμα όλες οι διαδικασίες (κατάθεση χρημάτων για εγγύηση και ενοίκιο σε λογαριασμό του ιδιοκτήτη κτλ) , όπως ορίζει το συμβόλαιο που μου έστειλε για να υπογράψω μέσω viber (!!!) , τότε άρχισε η επιθετική συμπεριφορά με εκφράσεις τύπου "ποιό είναι το πρόβλημά σου" , "δεν ταιριάζουν τα χνότα μας" , "είναι συγγενείς μου οι ιδιοκτήτες και τα χρήματα θα τα καταθέτεις σ εμένα" και άλλες αντί - επαγγελματικές εκφράσεις . Εννοείται ότι δεν πήρε τηλέφωνο για ενημέρωση καμία από τις 4 φορές που το "υποσχέθηκε". Έπειτα από λίγες ημέρες και χωρίς να ενημερώσει , έβαλε και πάλι στη σελίδα της το ακίνητο και όταν την κάλεσα για να μάθω ποιός είναι ο λόγος , η απάντησή της ήταν πως ο ιδιοκτήτης δε θέλει να το νοικιάσει σ εμένα που ζητάω τέτοια παράλογα πράγματα και είμαι καχύποπτος . Επιπλέον ανέφερε ότι ο ιδιοκτήτης δε θέλει να βρεθεί μαζί μου με σκοπό την υπογραφή των συμβολαίων γιατί φοβάται τον Covid (μάλλον είχε ξεχάσει ότι 5-6 ημέρες νωρίτερα , προκειμένου να με πείσει για τις παράτυπες κινήσεις που ζητούσε , ανέφερε ότι ο ιδιοκτήτης βγήκε θετικός και νοσεί με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί να βρεθεί μαζί μου για τα συμβόλαια και θα έπρεπε να τα ολοκληρώσουμε μέσω viber) . Πραγματικά λυπηρό που τέτοιοι "επαγγελματίες" συνεχίζουν και δραστηριοποιούνται!!! Σας προτείνω να αλλάξετε την ονομασία από "Βέλτιστον" σε "Χείριστον" . Ταιριάζει πολύ περισσότερο!!! Unfortunately my experience with Mrs. Maria was disappointing !!! Endless lies from the beginning, poor quality service without a trace of professionalism. I will not comment on her behavior when we visited the property because this is at the discretion of anyone interested. However, I will comment on her aggressive style when I refused to transfer a sum of money (€ 1,400) IN CASH to her office, which would cover the guarantee and the first rent (without any proof that I gave the amount) as well as her fee (a rent). - without proof as he told me) !!! When I asked for all the procedures to be done legally (deposit money for guarantee and rent in the landlord's account, etc.), as stipulated in the contract he sent me to sign via viber (!!!), then the aggressive behavior started with expressions such as "which is your problem "," our trash does not fit "," the owners are my relatives and you will deposit the money in me "and other anti-professional expressions. Of course, he did not call for information any of the 4 times he "promised". After a few days and without informing, she put the property back on her page and when I called her to find out what the reason was, her answer was that the owner did not want to rent it to me that I ask for such absurd things and I am suspicious. He also stated that the owner does not want to be with me for the purpose of signing the contracts because he is afraid of Covid (he had probably forgotten that 5-6 days earlier, in order to convince me of the irregular moves he requested, he stated that the owner came out positive and so he can not be with me for the contracts and we would have to complete them via viber). Really sad that such "professionals" continue and are active !!! I suggest you change the name from "Optimal" to "Operator". It fits much more !!!
