★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, fresh authentic Cretan food in an unpretentious setting with an excellent location in rethymnos old Town. I recommend going straight to the kitchen and seeing what's on display, rather than looking through the menu. The Grandma's specialty was excellent, as was the lamb and stuffed eggplant. Truly a master class in Cretan cuisine. Only downside is it can get busy and there aren't a ton of tables.
