★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 3 nights in Santorini as part of our honeymoon, and our stay at Niovi was awesome and well-priced! It's extremely clean with a stunning bathroom (best shower I've ever experienced, which sounds weird but it's just a really nice shower). They leave you some coffee/tea and treats every day when they clean, as well as bottled water. Kosmos is an absolute sweetie; he chats with you upon arrival about the area and gives you a map and some recommendations, and every morning as you are heading out he'll come out of the office to say hello and ask what you're doing that day. We loved our stay at Niovi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable and clean accommodation located in a great spot in Fira, Santorini. Only 4 units available so you can count on the service to be very personalised and friendly. Our host Mr Gosmas and his wife Maria made us felt very welcome. Our Studio was immaculately clean and was serviced everyday. No hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for a clean, affordable accommodation in Santorini. Once again, thank you to Gosmas and Maria for being a wonderful host and we wish you the very best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet and a great location. It was just an easy walk to the central bus station. Cosmos is very caring, kind and helpful. He made useful suggestions to help make best of our visit to Santorini. He followed up when there were delays to make sure we caught our bus.
I would recommend Niovi Studios to anyone visiting Fira.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location,5 minutes walking from the best places of the island, suberb studio with all comforts. Mr kosmas the owner helped us a lot to make our plans and find a car to rent. The studio was big with nice bathroom,kitchen and a big bedroom. Everything was extremely clean. Highly recomended! Thanks a lot Mr kosmas and his lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an extremely warm and welcoming stay at Niovi. Kosmas is one of the best hosts that I have encountered among all our travel across the world. He has a warm and infectious smile alongside a very helpful nature. He arranged airport and ferry transfers proactively. He also spent time providing us valuable recommendations on places to visit and restaurants for food. The rooms are very spacious, clean and airy. He also accomodated our last minute request to book an adhoc extended stay at Niovi. He also ensured to be early at the reception to wish us goodbye. All in all, an extremely heart warming experience

The place is pleasant and just totally and beautifully renovated, Mr. Kosmas is super friendly and helpful, arranging with cars, buses, covid tests and all: has my full respect and appreciation. 5 stars are well deserved, and nothing less.
