M	Melissa Babcock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dimitris is just as much a gem as this place was. He set up our transport from our Ferry arrival and transport to our Departing flight. He met us right at the gate, walked us through the house and went over any question we had as well as giving us a list of multiple restaurants and bars to try while on the island. He made himself available to contact if we needed anything, checked up on us, as well as had a gift basket upon arrival that included local Honey, Tahini, fruit and wine. Walkable distance to a grocery, pharmacy, multiple restaurants, and as the pictures suggest you have immediate access to the beach in Kokini Hani. The water was crystal clear, a little chilly in April but were able to get in the water when the sun was out. Their is a hotel adjacent to the house that has a great beach bar and grill we were able to get some drinks and use their furniture to lounge in. Overall with four girls we felt very safe and catered to. You will NOT be disappointed if you book with Nirou Luxury Suites.
S	Sabrina Stadler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there the 3rd time now and even if it's unusal for me to visit the same place more than once, I will be back a 4th and 5th time ? The suite is just too perfect, I really love the ambience in and around there. You can relax end enjoy very in private, but if you take the few steps up to the street, you will find everything: the bus stop, a huge supermarket, a "sweet" local bakery, kind people, bars, restaurants, ATM's, really everthing you need. And I'd like to point out, that Dimitris, the host of the suites, is really a very good person and he will take good care of you without restricting you in any way. Nommatter what issue you have, you can text him and he always responses immediately or comes to the suite if you need to see him in person. Me and my boyfriend had a really good time there in Kokkini Hani and I am looking forward to come back soon. ? oh, and one last thing: you really can rely on the pictures on the homepage - everything looks like they show it ?
H	Hannah Haslam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dimitris has created an amazing space in the Pebble Suite! We have just returned from the loveliest few days there in the Cretan October sunshine. The decor in the studio is gorgeous (especially the bathroom ?), the kitchen is very well equipped and the bed comfortable. Dimitris had left us an incredible and very generous welcome hamper of local produce and was the most welcoming and informative host possible. Nothing was too much trouble, even before we had booked - and his local knowledge was really helpful for places to eat etc. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay - we hope to be back again soon! R	Renata Dobilaite on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was just amazing. The Seashell Seafront Villa is ideally situated, directly on the seafront, you could not imagine a better location. You can enjoy the beach and the sea directly from terrace. The place is very well equipped, nicely decorated and cosy. It is close to several restaurants and a supermarket. The wonderful host Dimitris is very welcoming, attentive and friendly, he gave us many advices. Looking forward to coming back!
C	Cindy Watty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Such a beautiful view from the lovely deck at Nirou Suites "The Wave". We enjoyed our stay here and Dimitris was a wonderful host. We were met with a lovely gift basket of wine, olive oil, honey, and fresh fruit and the kitchen was stocked with several spices as well as all the dishes, glasses, and cookware we needed. The decor was minimalist but fit the space perfectly. We were walking distance to many restaurants and markets as well as tourist sites and Minoan ruins. Dimitris was very helpful in giving us suggestions of places to eat and places to visit. Our favorite spot to be was on the deck overlooking the beautiful Cretan Sea.

I would give it at least 5*+. verything was perfect and Dimitri is a and very friendly host. He takes really warm care of his guests. We got a lot of good tips from him regarding excursions, beaches, food options. We would definitely recommend Dimitri's suite and will be glad to come back!

Sent a lot of recommendations for food and things to do around Crete. Checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed the next day. The suite is beautiful, such a lovely place to call home for a week, stunning sea views, and a chilled boho beach bar a few doors away. Everything we wanted from our trip we got plus more. 5 stars!!!

We didn’t arrive until 11 at night but Dimitris was there on the road to personally greet us and show us everything. He was there with answers if we had any questions or needed anything. I can recommend his suites to anyone you will absolutely not be disappointed. The suites are equipped with everything that could possibly be needed and the location is immaculate. The beach is literally 20 seconds away. I will certainly come back.
