Perfect place to appreciate planes landing and taking off by night. Best view on Pontikonisi island. Sympatic servers. Honnest prices. Simple and Select custumership.

The fact we ate in this restaurant three times during our 5 night stay says it all. The food was amazing and accompanied by the most amazing customer service. We were well looked after by all of the staff and even had a table reserved for us with the best view. The cocktails were very fancy and tasted great with personal recommendations from the waiter which was a nice touch. The restaurant has an amazing view of the sea and a spectacular view of the end of the airport which is great for watching the planes take off and land as you enjoy your food. Thank you so much for having us we look forward to seeing you on our next visit to Corfu Macauley and Susannah

Great spot to watch planes.. Pricey though. Has the potential to be excellent. €7 for a bad glass of wine is a bit much when you can buy a bottle of good wine for €5 nearby.

Atmosphere is special and "friendly" but this is what you pay for a lot of money. You will have an impression they treat you special until you see your bill and question it at the end. Ridiculously expensive grilled fish. The price is not even on the menu as you will be informed at the end that the price is per kilogram. It could be OK but there was no information in the menu and waiter should inform guests at the beginning how it's going to be charged. How come the fish can cost that much on the island? The waiter wanted to give them a review so here it is. I was going to give a good one but all the friendliness finished straight away when I saw the bill. View was great but I came only for food. Recommended only for a great view. Restaurant is very clean as well. If you want to eat very good for a normal price go to Avra which is next to this one. Atmosphere there is great and food is very tasty.

Deluxe service, the price corresponds to the quality, the food is only from fresh products - trust us, we have been everywhere in Corfu for two weeks, visited many taverns and restaurants, and here's our advice to you: do you want to eat deliciously? want to pay for fresh food? do you want luxury service? Visit Nisos restaurant, get a lot of pleasant impressions against the background of flying planes - it's fantastic!

I wanted to have the breakfast as it was open on Google. I climbed the stairs and no one was there. on the bar there were 2 car keys but I could not see any waiter around. there were other customers coming after but since no one was at home, we looked at some airplanes landing and we all left.

The mistake we made was telling staff we are leaving the island in 4 hrs. It was our last meal there. This must have triggered the expensive mode. Our waiter (George) is probably the sole reason for my 1 star rating. Firstly, he’s quite a pushy salesman, upselling the menu even when you explicitly say you are done ordering. So much so, we received two puffy rolls with our food we didn’t order - we thought „maybe pastitsada and sofrito come here like that”. Ignored them, because as explained to George we try to avoid bread + we didn’t order that so it must have been complimentary, right? When it came to paying, I was told the number 39 euro and didn’t think twice, asked to add 5 euro tip as we enjoyed the food and our time there. Upon inspecting the receipt - photo attached - I noticed two items we didn’t know about. Environmental fee 2 euro per person and Oil and Bread for 3 euro which we explicitly didn’t want. Another mistake on my part - didn’t challenge the bill - just didn’t want to destroy our mood at the end of our vacation. Was quite surprised by climate fee as during entire week none of the 7 different restaurants we visited charged us environmental fee. Upon researching, there is climate fee you pay per person per day at a hotel, NOT a restaurant. Which Nisos explictely is. Also, the 2 euro climate fee doesn’t exist in fee schedule for hotels - it’s either 1.5 for 3 star or 3 for 4 star. It was completely made up! Not only that, George was perfectly happy to allow me to add another 5 euros on top. We’ve had many great restaurant experiences on Corfu and I left several 5 star ratings. This was the only issue we run into. Right at the end of our stay. For context it’s not about the money, it’s about respecting your customer. George evidently didn’t mind ripping us off as he knew he wouldn’t see us ever again.
