N	Nicolas Michel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς το μαγαζί αυτό της συγκεκριμένης αλυσίδας ενώ είχε κάνει πάρα πολύ καλή αρχή, τελικά κατέληξε να είναι η ντροπή και το όνειδος επηρεάζοντας με αυτόν τον τρόπο αρνητικά τα υπόλοιπα μαγαζιά της NOBACCO. Από πού να αρχίσω και πού να φτάσω όταν ο ιδιοκτήτης ο ίδιος πού είναι υπεύθυνος για την παρασκευή τών υγρών δεν γνωρίζει στοιχειώδη αριθμητική ποσοστιαίων μονάδων ώστε να ζητάει κάποιος ένα υγρό με ένα ποσοστό νικοτίνης 8%, να το παίρνει και τελικά αποδεδειγμένα όχι μια και δύο φορές αντί για αυτό που θέλει, να παίρνει 12% ή 6,5% κι αυτό όχι κατά λάθος μια ή δύο φορές αλλά σχεδόν πάντα.... ύστερα νά αγοράζεις μπαταρίες, ενώ είσαι και πελάτης χρόνια, και μόλις πάς σπίτι η καινούργια μπαταρία νά αποφορτιζεται στα 40 λεπτά, να την πηγαίνεις πίσω μέσα σε 2 ώρες από τότε που την πήρες και αντί να στην αλλάξει να σου λέει ότι αφού την πήρες θα πάει για service και θα επισκευαστεί και όταν γίνουν όλα αυτά θα την πάρεις πίσω. Δεν ξέρω τι να πω... στην αρχή είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι από το κατάστημα αλλά τελικά δεν κράτησε παραπάνω απο 14 μήνες, μετά από αυτό το διάστημα μέχρι και σήμερα, δηλαδή από το 2015 τα πράγματα δυστυχώς δεν είναι όπως ήταν. Λυπουμεθα πολύ πού θα αναγκαστούμε να αλλάξουμε μαγαζί... ίσως ακόμα και εταιρεία. I do not know what to say ... at the beginning we are happy with the store but in the end it did not last more than 14 months, after this period until today, that is, from 2015 unfortunately things are not as they were. We are very sorry that we will have to change store ... maybe even company.
