Έχουμε κλείσει ραντεβού για καινούργια σύνδεση σε συγκεκριμένη μέρα και ώρες (11-13)και δεν έχει έρθει ο τεχνικός ούτε τηλέφωνο δεν πήρε που έχουμε αφήσει. Δυο κινητά τους άφησα και τόνισα σε πιο κινητό θα με πάρουν. Όλη την ημέρα προσπαθήσα να βρω από το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο της Νοva που χάθηκε ο τεχνικός και μετα από τρεις ώρες μου είπαν πιθανόν να με πάρει ο τεχνικός για ένα καινούργιο ραντεβού. Σοβαρά; Και άλλη μία μέρα πρέπει να ακυρώσω τις δουλειές μου καν να τον περιμένω; Έτσι υποστηρίζει η εταιρεία τους πελάτες της; The worst customer service from the technical department of the company! We have an appointment for a new connection on a specific day and hours (11-13) and the technician did not come nor did he pick up the phone where we left off. I left them two mobile phones and stressed that they will take me to a more mobile one. All day I tried to find out from the Nova call center that the technician was missing and after three hours I was told that the technician would probably pick me up for a new appointment. Seriously; And one more day I have to cancel my work and even wait for him? Is this how the company supports its customers?
