A	Acrux Nova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά οι υπάλληλοι απότομοι με τουπέ καμία διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση ίσα ίσα το ανάποδο θα έλεγα.... Κρίμα τα 5 χρόνια συνδρομής στην εταιρία με 30+ ευρώ το μήνα. Με την συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων όχι μόνο με έχασαν από πελάτη αλλά με αποτρέπουν και από το να γυρίσω ξανά εκεί το μέλλον. Ελπίζω να κάνει κάτι η εταιρία για αυτό γιατί όσο αναφορά τις παροχές δεν είχα ποτέ κανένα πρόβλημα. Αποχώρησα καθαρά λόγο συμπεριφοράς υπαλλήλων. T	Timis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Επισκέφθηκα εχτές το κατάστημα όπου το κατάστημα ήταν άδειο την συγκεκριμένη στιγμή. Ζήτησα κάποια αντίγραφα από τους τελευταίους μου λογαριασμούς καθώς μου τα ζήτησε ο λογιστής μου. Εμφανώς προβληματισμένη που την σταμάτησα από την χρήση του κινητού της, η υπάλληλος που το όνομα της αρχίζει από Ι , αρνήθηκε αρχικά να με εξυπηρετήσει καθώς μου είπε ότι δεν μπορεί να μου τους βγάλει και μου πρότεινε να καλέσω στα κεντρικά. Της ανέφερα ότι από τα κεντρικά με ενημέρωσαν να πάω στο κοντινό μου κατάστημα. Μετά από αρκετή ώρα της πρότεινα να μου τα στείλει με email εάν δεν μπορεί για οικολογικούς λόγους κάτι το οποίο δέχτηκε. 3 ώρες μετά την κάλεσα και μου είπε ότι δεν έχει προλάβει λόγω δουλειάς. Της είπα ότι οκ καταλαβαίνω.. Πότε θα μπορούσα να τα έχω; Και μου απάντησε μέχρι το μεσημέρι. Κανένα θέμα της είπα. Ε ακόμα τα περιμένω... Το χειρότερο είναι ότι έστειλα γραπτό παράπονο με το οποίο ζητούσα επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη στο οποίο απλά μου απάντησαν ότι το κατάστημα δεν είναι υπεύθυνο να εκτυπώσει τους λογαριασμούς και να απευθυνθώ στα κεντρικά τους. Κλείνοντας θέλω να αναφέρω ότι η κοπέλα βαριόταν και μάλλον τον ιδιοκτήτη δεν τον νοιάζει να έχει χαρούμενους πελάτες. Παρότι έδωσα σε καμία περίπτωση δεν πίεσα καταστάσεις αλλά έδωσα και εναλλακτικές, δεν πήρα την εξυπηρέτηση που φαντάζομαι η nova επιθυμεί. Εύχομαι να μην υιοθετεί την παραπάνω εξυπηρέτηση. Θα γίνει update του σχόλιου αν κ εφόσον επικοινωνήσει επιτέλους κάποιος μαζί μου. Unacceptable service. I visited the store last year where the store was empty at that time.
