Όταν πήγα εκεί μου είπαν περισσότερα χρήματα με την δικαιολογία ότι είναι δύσκολο το χρωμα της συσκευής… Τους έδειξα μέχρι και τη συνομιλία μας αλλά δεν άλλαξε κάτι… κρίμα γιατί ήμουν τακτική πελάτισσα… I contacted them for a cell phone exchange and they gave me a price. Στο μαγαζι, σου λεει αλλη τιμη (πολυ πιο αυξημενη σε σχεση με της αναρτησεις ) αποδειξη δεν κοβει και που του ζητησα με χιλια ζορια εβγαλε ενα χαρτι με προπέρσινη ημερομηνία και οταν διαπίστωσε οτι το παρατήρησα την διόρθωσε με στύλο οπως και στη εγγύηση συμπληρωσε μια διαφορα δυο μηνών με το στυλο (αντι για 8 μηνες που συμφωνησαμε εγραφε 6 μηνες) . με μια γρήγορη σταση που ειχα ,καταλαβα πολλα .. μακρια… Unprofessional and swindler! C	Christina Zafiropoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι κριμα γιατί το κινητό που παρέλαβα ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση από θέμα μπαταρίας και λειτουργικότητας, η συμπεριφορά του ιδιοκτήτη απαράδεκτη δίνει άλλες τιμές τηλεφωνικά και άλλες τιμές από κοντά στο κατάστημα, καθυστέρησε 1,5 ώρα ενώ τον περίμενα στο κατάστημα και τον είχα ενημερώσει μισή ώρα πριν ότι θα είμαι εκεί σε μισή ώρα. Η κοπέλα αρκετά ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Παρολα αυτά έκανα την αγορά μου αλλά φαντάζομαι θα είναι και η τελευταία μου. Πήρα ένα iPhone 12 Pro Max εκθεσιακό σε άριστη κατάσταση χωρίς ίχνος γρατζουνιάς με 93% υγεία μπαταρίας όπως και ενημερώθηκα τηλεφωνικά. Μου έστειλαν και σχετικό βίντεο για να δω τι κατάσταση του κινητού που ήταν όντως άψογη. Όσο αφορά την αποστολή από την Αθήνα στη Ρόδο έγινε την ίδια μέρα το βράδυ που έκανα την παραγγελία. Η παραγγελία δόθηκε ηλεκτρονικά την Κυριακή 26/12 το απόγευμα και χθες Τρίτη 28/12 το κινητό ήταν στα χέρια μου. Είναι εντυπωσιακό ότι η συσκευή δεν έχει ίχνος ταλαιπωρίας, πραγματικά δείχνει σαν να ήταν από σφραγισμένο κουτί. Πολλά μπράβο και μακάρι να συνεχίσετε έτσι! Το τηλεφωνακι σούπερ ,σαν καινούριο ….και ο Γιώργος προθυμοτατος να βοηθήσει να διαλέξω! Και η μαμά εξυπηρετική και γλυκύτατη! Φυσικά σε λίγο καιρό θα ξαναπάω για νέα αναβάθμιση σε 13 pro! Ειλικρινά δεν βρίσκω κανέναν λόγο να πετάτε χιλιάρικα σε κάθε Γερμανό την στιγμή που υπάρχει αυτή η λύση με την προϋπόθεση βέβαια να μην πέσετε σε απατεώνες! Προτείνω Zag με χίλια! ? Μόλις σήμερα παρέλαβα το καινούργιο μου iPhone. Μετά από ένα μαραθώνιο τηλεφωνημάτων και πληροφοριών, με υπομονή και ευγένεια έπαιρνα πληροφορίες σχετικά με την αγορά και φυσικά ήθελα το καλύτερο. Θέλω να ευχαριστήσω θερμά για την εξυπηρέτηση, την υπομονή και την ευγένειά σας. Έκανα την παραγγελία το βράδυ στις 8 και την επόμενη το πρωί τις 10 το είχα στο χέρι και μάλιστα στη Θεσσαλονίκη παρακαλώ. Καλά, πλάκα με κανείς… αυτό είναι εξυπηρέτηση!! I saw an add on the FB and then ordered the IPHONE 13 promax combo pack. but they didnt deliver the phone and they charged hell lot of money as taxes and never refund. do not get caught for these scammers. i dont have a fake profile and i am not fake. A lady called Mariam from your company is the culprit. i can post all the transactions and all the pics.
