★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η Nova στην Καβάλα και Θεσσαλονίκη δεν έχει καμία σχέση με αυτούς που είναι στην Δράμα. Βασικά φταίει η Διεύθυνση ... πολύ χαλαρή και όλοι τους είναι τραγικοί-αντιεπαγγελματιές-αργοί-νομίζουν οτι δουλεύουν στο τσαρδί του μπαμπά τους!!!
Επαναλαμβάνω όμως η Nova σαν πάροχος είναι ***** 5 αστέρια !!
Για μένα αν μπορούσα θα έπερνε η Δράμα 0 αστέρια .. ..
Nova in Kavala and Thessaloniki has nothing to do with those in Drama. Basically the Management is to blame ... very relaxed and all of them are tragic-unprofessional-slow-they think they are working in their dad's chard !!!
But I repeat Nova as a provider is ***** 5 stars !!
For me, if I could, Drama would pass 0 stars .. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στης 2/11 έγινε αίτηση για αναβάθμιση υπηρεσιών Νόβα σε κατάστημα, στης 5/11 έγινε η αναβάθμιση αλλά σαν αποτέλεσμα είχε να μην είναι η γραμμή 100 αλλά 55 και καλέσαμε για να γίνει έλεγχος όπου και συμφωνήσαμε να έρθει τεχνικός για να ελέγξει την γραμμή, ο τεχνικός πράγματι ήρθε στης 6/11 και κατι εκανε και τωρα δεν εχουμε πλέον καθόλου υπηρεσία ξαφνικά αποτέλεσμα να μην είμαι σε θέση να παρακολουθήσω προγραμματισμένο και πληρωμένο σεμινάριο που είχα εξ αποστάσεως, επιπλέον έχασα μεγάλο μέρος της τηλεργασίας και αναγκάστηκα να πληρώσω περίπου 50 ευρώ για να αγοράσω δεδομένα καθώς δεν υπήρχε κάποια άλλη λύση. Είστε απαραδεκτη εταιρεια ντροπη σας ακομα και σημερα δεν εχω ιντερνέτ ούτε σταθερο και καμια ενημέρωση

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κοπέλα που με βοήθησε ήταν πολύ ευγενική και με διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσει, προσπάθησε με κάθε τρόπο να βρει λύση στο θέμα που είχα, κάτι που σπάνια συναντώ σε καταστήματα τηλεπικοινωνιών. Ακόμη κι αν δε γίνει αποδεκτό το αίτημα η προσπάθεια μετράει.
