It is a very organized and good office. The stuff in the call center are of excellent service and capable of giving solutions in our programmed excursions. They answer almost immediately and they also have good vacation sales. Having a kid i was very pleased from the choices suggested, the driver as well as the tour guide were also great

They say that traveling broadens the mind. This company do it! We went on a bus tour around Santorini island . I had fun on my trip!

Booked an airport transfer with them. On the way in they were great but on the way back they didn’t inform us when they would pick us up and were 25 minutes late picking us up. Major issues trying to get them on the phone too.

We did the all day Santorini tour and it was great. We saw the entire island and out tour guide Christina was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Poor communication and left us stranded at the end of a tour that included hotel pickup and dropoff. We had to find our own way back via taxi. Giving 2 stars because the actual tour itself and guide at Akrotiri archaeological site was good and the company did refund us for the taxi ride, however they did not proactively try to solve the issue as it occurred and for that I would recommend to go with other operators on Santorini

We had reserved a private transfer for a large group. After we were picked up at the port, as soon as the driver proceed to go up the first hill and turn, he was driving fast and lost control and immediately crashed into another car. He left us unattended with the car turned off, all windows closed, and gave us no updates. After waiting for 30 minutes, they finally sent another car and transferred us to it. Once we reached out resort, the driver left us at the gate with all the luggage and told us the resort will send someone to get our bags. The resort person told us that they told the driver to wait so they could open the gate and could drive up close to drop us. They told us this NST service was used by other guests previously with the same negative experience.

We arranged for a pickup at the Santorini Port 1 day prior via a popular travel app. I entered our ferry details at the time of booking, and was emailed by the company to confirm our ferry information, which I promptly replied to. We arrived at the port and did not see a driver with our name. After waiting 20 minutes, we called the company by phone, and was told that we had not provided our ferry information to them, but that our name was in their system and that somebody would arrive in 20-30 minutes. About 45 minutes later we called back, and again there was some confusion about our pick-up, but we were told they would call the driver and that somebody would arrive in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we called again, asked for an update and was told that a driver was 2 minutes away. At this point a nice gentleman from a different company approached us and asked if we were having trouble getting a ride, and offered to drive us. We waited about 5 minutes more, and then went to his office to pay for a ride. During this time my wife called the original company to ask for a status update and was told they could see the driver on GPS and that he was at the pickup spot (the ferry company office that they instructed us to stand in front about 1 hour prior). We were literally standing there and nobody arrived. We told them to cancel the ride, at which point they yelled at my wife, demanding to know who was providing us with a ride. Nobody in Greece has treated us so poorly on any of the islands. They wasted over 1.5 hours of our time and lied the entire time. There are many other travel providers on the island. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Lovely wine tour around the island! We got very conveniently picked up at our hotel and we had a lovely tour of Santorini with our guide named Elisa. She was fluent in English and very energetic which keeps you going throughout the day. After 2 stops at wineries and a wine museum the day ended on one of the nicest places to see the sunset in Oia. At the end my girlfriend and I really recommend this tour especially if you like wines but also if you want to see the island and have a really good day. Thank you Elisa for this amazing day. It was one of our highlights of our trip!
