★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was amazing experience. The wine pairing was excellent, we really loved the local wine of sigalas winery. My fav dish was the red mullet and the best part of this dinner was the story behind each dish explained in details by the chef. Do not miss this restaurant if you visit Santorini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an extraordinary dinner experience while watching the sunset and loved the concept to enjoy food like the ancient greeks did at the time appreciating traditional local ingredients!
The service was outstanding, not only explaining every course of the menue and how it was prepared but also being extremely attentive for the guests and their wishes!

Beautiful setting, beautiful dining room and very professional and friendly service.We opted for the eleven course God’s menu which was amazing. My favorite was the Meeting of the Ionia, Aegean & Black Seas which was Langoustine tartare with hints of herbs & chives with black caviar. Simply the most delicious flavor! This is still my favorite restaurant in Santorini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most unique and best dining experiences of my life. My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon in Santorini and wanted to eat somewhere special. From the description on the website and reviews I'd read, Opson fit the bill. We were not disappointed. From the incredible sunset view, the delicious food, the perfectly paired wines, and the super friendly and knowledgeable team who served us, it was perfect. As unique and perfectly prepared as the food was, the history of each dish and how it played into the ancient Greek culture felt like we were on a culinary tour de force. It was fantastic. Thank you to Andronikos, Stella, and Maria for making this one of the best meals we've ever had. We'll never forget it.
