Room was immaculate and cleaned regularly with all new facilities Spent a lot of time around the bar area and pool all the staff amazing the friendliest I've seen at a hotel. The staff took a lot of time to get to know us and make us feel welcome The food from the bar was great definitely recommend having the breakfast. We will be returning again 100% I'd recommend to anyone staying in kavos Thank you guys

J	James Doherty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager of the hotel threatened a bunch of young kids with jail time and blackmailed them and scammed them of thousands for noise complaints and damages which would’ve costed around 40 euro. Also I was having breakfast one of the mornings and the manager was harrassing me to swamp down my meal so he could clear the table for a more “elite guest “ to sit at my table, nearly chocked on my poxy chicken sandwich Feel horrible after my stay never stepping foot in Greece again Scagged to bits

Food absolutely inedible, chicken came raw nearly every night, was getting sick for days, ruined my whole holiday. Came home one night to 6 stray cats on my balcony and couldn’t get them off, staff were absolutely no help with the situation either. Left our room spotless and we were accused of breaking a bed and a cupboard even though they were perfect when we left and therefore did not return our deposit to us and tried to fine us further. Overall awful stay and wouldn’t recommend.
O	Oliwia S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't imagine a better place for our 1st trip to Greece. The room was extra clean, the breakfasts and all the food from menu really fresh and tasty. The pool area also 10/10. I think that the whole staff here deserve a huge applause because all those guys make this place so great, thanks to them our stay become even more comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend Nueva Vista for both couples and families with kids. The staff is exceptional, very kind and helpful, you just feel the good energy here. Myself and my wife and my 3 young kids stayed here and it was like staying in prison. Staff were extremely rude and aggressive, hotel/pool full of stray cats. Hotel food very poor for all meals. Balcony infested with ants which made their way into our room which staff didn’t help fix. Full of young people messing and waking residents of the hotel up in the early mornings. WiFi wouldn’t work for phones only my personal laptop and the A/C in the room pushed in an awful smell of sewage while the air conditioning is needed in that heat. Wouldn’t recommend at all for a family or couple full of lads holiday people messing causing trouble. A week of torture
