The hotel was recently renovated, but not everything is complete and there are many misunderstandings. Its location is good. Generally the hosts are kind. It is worth noting the good attitude towards the dog we were leading. The kitchenette is comfortable but very modestly equipped with utensils and utensils. The refrigerator is large enough. Breakfast was good if you did not count a swarm of axes from which you can not eat well. Many things could have been better. For a Greek hotel the level of cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The rooms were cleaned from time to time and not very thoroughly. even the basket was not thrown out every day. We also had to buy toilet paper. Bathroom accessories were missing at all. The first two days at night had no warm water, because it relied only on solar collectors. After an explicit insistence on our part of the third day, there was already warm water at night. The situation was the same with the Internet. After a few complaints, things got better. The rooms on the ground floor are straight on a trail through which people pass, while thick blinds or curtains are missing, which is quite unpleasant. There is a desk in the room but there is no single chair. We were forced to bring the balcony chairs. There is no TV. Bathing water often flowed in the room due to the lack of any threshold on the bathroom door and insufficient slope. There is a heavy smell of cooked from the neighboring restaurant, so standing on the terrace was not preferred. In the morning this smell changed with the smell of a canal. It is good that it does not rain during our stay, because then it would probably smell even more. as a whole, there are no staff in the hotel, and if you need something, you have to go to the neighboring hotel (which is held by the same people) or call the owner's phone from your mobile phone, which for people without a Greek number is an additional cost. In general, if you expect a typical Greek hotel (cleaning and arranging the rooms every day, staff always available and other usual things) like us, you will be rather disappointed. There is plenty to do at the hotel if they want high guest ratings.

We spent 2 weeks as a family with two children, the apartment is new, 2 steps from the sea, with swimming pool and deck chairs always available, naturally included in the price. The beach is not crowded at all, the town of Kavos is more for young people up to 25 years old. Everything worked fine. The plant would deserve a 5-star rating if it was a little more well-groomed.
