★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there by night, while making time waiting for a friend. Very dark to the point that I hid my wedding ring and took off my headphones in case I was jumped by muggers. Nothing happened and at the top...one of the best views of the Acropolis. Definitely worth the adventure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assembly area for debates in ancient Athens, birth place of democracy. The orator’s plynth can still be seen from where there is a great viewpoint of the Parthenon and city as well as the hill of Lycabettus.
