You can usually tell a good Greek restaurant by the number of Greeks eating there, and this is no exception. This is probably one of the busiest Giros/Grill place in the area... This place is busy all day. Where people just park their car out front to collect their food, but they also have a nice place to sit across the street. Service is friendly.

J	Johanna Heath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been going to O'Mitsos for 13 years, and it's always been our favourite gyros bar in the whole of Crete, but that is no longer the case. There had been a change of staff at the grill, and our last two visits have not been a great experience. The gyros (portion) was over-seasoned to the point where we struggled to finish it. It used to be delicious! At our last visit, we order lamb chops and a chicken portion. We normally share these, and it's usually way too much food. The lamb chops were OK, but th chicken was not much more than a bare carcas with about 2 square inches of meat on it. This was being prepared by some chewing bubblegum, and popping the bubbles over the food he was preparing. We won't be back, unfortunately, and we certainly won't be recommending it to our guests
A	Andrew Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proper grub and amazing value. We had the pita gyros and Greek salad. Even got given a taster of the gigantes because there wasn’t enough for a portion left. Couple of pints of draught beer and still came to less than 14 euro quids. Will be back again while we’re here.
W	Willard D'Barber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can tell how good a local restaurant is, by how many locals are here! Fantastic local Greek foods, at exceptional value and brilliant customer service! The meat off the rotisserie was perfectly cooked, seasoned and packed full of flavour. Huge portions too! Thankfully the chef told us we had ordered too much and made us share, we still couldn’t finish everything!
