★ ★ ★ ★ ★ οτι χειροτερο πραγματικα για να σηκωσουν τηλεφωνο πρεπει να παρεις 10 φορες και οταν το αποφασισουν και το σηκωσουν ειναι απλα ασχετοι δεν εχουν καμια ενημερωση σε βαζουν 5 λεπτα αναμονη και δε ξερουν τι τους γινεται
the worst really to pick up the phone you have to take 10 times and when they decide and pick it up they are just irrelevant they have no information they put you in a 5 minute wait and do not know what is happening to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι στο θέμα επικοινωνίας. Κατηλειμένο το τηλέφωνο μέχρι το κλείσιμο, εκτός αν βέβαια έχουν όρεξη να σηκώσουν κανένα τηλέφωνο. Και βασιζόμαστε σε αυτούς.... Ντροπή μεγάλη...
Unacceptable in the matter of communication. The phone is busy until it closes, unless of course they have an appetite to pick up any phone. And we rely on them .... Great shame ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Σε άλλα ΚΠΑ μπορείς να εγγραφείς είτε στο κατάστημα είτε ηλεκτρονικά. Σε αυτό δεν σου δίνουν επιλογή, θέλουν μόνο την ηλεκτρονική εγγραφή. ΓΙΑΤΙ;
2) Σε άλλα ΚΠΑ μετά την περιστασιακή εργασία μπορείς να συνδέσεις άμεσα την ανεργία σου. Σε αυτό σου λένε ότι πρέπει να περιμένεις 1 έτος!!!! Αυτό που λένε όμως που υπάρχει, σε ποιον νόμο; Ο νόμος 4461 της 28 Μαρτίου 2017 που αφορά την περιστασιακή εργασία εγγεγραμένων ανέργων στα μητρώα του ΟΑΕΔ αναφέρει στο άρθρο 92 ότι έχουν το δικαίωμα να βεβαιώνουν συνεχόμενο χρόνο ανεργίας χωρίς να αναφέρει προϋποθέσεις και όρους.
ΕΠΟΜΕΝΩΣ: Να μας εξηγήσει κάποιος γιατί συμβαίνουν αυτά στο συγκεκριμένο ΚΠΑ.
1) In other KPA you can register either in the store or electronically. They do not give you an option in this, they only want the electronic registration. WHY;
2) In other KPA after the occasional work you can directly connect your unemployment. In this they tell you that you have to wait 1 year !!!! But what they say exists, in which law? Law 4461 of 28 March 2017 concerning the occasional work of unemployed registered in the OAED registers states in article 92 that they have the right to certify continuous unemployment time without stating terms and conditions.
NEXT: Can someone explain to us why this happens in this particular KPA.
