 Immediate service, willingness and good mood. Especially the employee with the gray hair on the first floor is an advertisement for the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The blond employee that you Have to go through to get anywhere is extremely rude & unhelpful. After 2 separate trips & filling out more forms she told me it would take 10-11 months to process paperwork! Wow.. Really?
Asked for the supervisor who was helpful, offered a solution go to KEP first to get another document, but he also suggested going to central OAEE office in Piraeus after to cut the process by a few months, in other words don’t come back here again! WoW
As a Greek American taking care of business of my deceased aunt I am flabbergasted that Greek citizenry puts up with this nonsense!
The common expressions ‘τη να κανουμε’ και ‘υπομονή is all you hear! Very Very Sad!
