Awful! Both the man in the airport ticket office and the one in the Syntagma Square airport bus office, mumbled loudly in Greek what I assume was an insult, super displeased at our intention to understand the ticket system. Haven't received this kind of treatment anywhere we went. I get it that tourists are the plague, but they bring money.

The worst transportation service in any European capital. The schedule times have always a 5 minute or more delay. Also the buses are always packed in the extent that you can’t breathe and the frequency of the most buses is 30-40 minutes. Therefore if you are not 20 minutes earlier in the metro station that directs you to airport you are most certainly going to miss it. Awful.

Unbelievable. Closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays as well as on Weekends. Was informed so by the security guard as was denied entry. Zero stars (as if something could change).

Most unpunctual public transport services I ever use in Europe (buses departs even 15min before schedule - line 123 from Avenisos to Saronida).

As government agency I wasn't expecting much of a customer care. Was surprised. Way better than expected. They found quick the problem with my monthly card and resolved it in no time.

If you find a way to solve the problem of who enters with tickets and who enters without a ticket, it will be great and for the benefit of the Organization because at the moment, regular citizens feel harmed. Sometimes I wonder if I should travel with a regular ticket since most of the customers are irregular. There is another very serious problem. Today, many citizens use applications to travel faster and more accurately. Unfortunately, at the moment the synchronization between the information from the applications and the frequency of buses and trolleys is very bad. As an example: - at the bus stop you are waiting for bus number 421 to pass. The application gives you some time when the bus will pass. The first after 12 minutes the second after 24 minutes and so on... Unfortunately, neither the first passes nor the second passes sometimes only the third comes, which means that there is no logic to use applications to get somewhere faster after the information from the application does not correspond to reality. Is it really very difficult to synchronize an applications with the frequency of OASA vehicles today at the end of 2021? MERRY CHRISTMAS!
