Fairly busy and famous amongst most people in Athens.
There are plenty of kiosks to grab a snack or buy some accessories or souvenirs.
There are quite some places to eat as well.
Highly recommended but beware of the people going about selling either stolen or cheap imitations of worldwide famous branded stuff such as wrist watches and sunglasses.

They are so chaotic, they brag about their many touristic stops, but they deliver absolutely nothing. The toooo many touristic stops are mostly dead places they might as well take people to the Acropolis only and save the tourists the dreadful sights and experiences. We took the Riviera tour they never advised on which stop is best so we ended up stranded in a deserted place that was supposed to be something wow years back before the beach got contaminated due to an oil leakage and the resort went dead.
We stayed two days in Athens so we bought the two day tour, the first day there was a demonstration in Athens so the bus never showed up and of course no one mentioned a refund the second day it did and I wish it didn't.
I do not recommend ever recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It lacks a building of bus station, but it makes it actually very functional. You simply ask at a small kiosk for tickets and all the info, and every bus departs right in front of it. No chance you can miss your departure at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only one in town does not mean it is good... In warm months it could be tricky to travel because of bad working air conditioning. Website is not working properly, public transport in Greece in general is challenge. Market is really lacking competition, unhealthy monopoly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling failure as a means of transportation. There is no online booking system nor a platform to view the timetable. Therefore, you just rock up and let luck take the wheel. That's what I did, and the next bus to arrive was in over two hours. Such a waste of time & of course I sought other means of transportation after this occurred. This is not the first time I have been stuffed around by KTEL...
Please save yourselves the trouble and time.
Greece needs a professional and reliable intercity bus service.
