Great pool and lovely setting shame the staff/ owners are highly disrespectful, drinks are over priced they don’t accept cards (most places do let’s be honest), was PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED in an uncalled for manner by a woman who owned the place for my friend bringing in his own fanta bottle bare in mind we previously purchased drinks from them for the last 3 days including today. I didn’t retaliate although she followed me with a bottle through the exit yelling slurs in front of all the other customers at the pool. Didnt understand why she reacted like that as he was asked to bin the bottle of Fanta which he politely did and then we decided we’ll leave and as we did she decided to follow us with an empty bottle and repeatedly wack me on the back till we left. Ruined the mood and vibe at the place clearly shows all they want is money and don’t value their customers at all, big shame won’t be returning to them during the stay or ever!!! ?

We we’re physically attacked by what we assume was the hotel manager. BY ALL MEANS AVOID THIS PLACE. What happened was my friend had given me a bottle of Fanta on the strip to look after since he wanted to go to the hotel. We stayed at the pool for a solid 3 hours and neither the bartender or other employees seemed to care about the fact I was looking after a bottle that had a very VERY small amount of Fanta since it’s such a small amount and wasn’t using it. Later what I assume to be the manager calls me over aggressively and starts sizing me up, she tells me to put the bottle in the bin or face a €50 Euro fine. I (to the best of my ability) ignored her aggressiveness and put the bottle in the bin. Despite this she proceeded to start shouting at me “DO YOU KNOW WHAT BUSINESS IS????” even though I did what she asked. Being the bigger man I ignored it I returned to my friend and said to him we’re leaving to which the lady followed me and proceeded grab a water bottle by us and hit my friend with it repeatedly. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour for a professional institution and we will be in contact with the police about the incident. Besides this the drinks are overpriced, the food is overpriced, they try to pressure you to buy alcohol to stay at the pool and the leather sunbeds are expensive to reserve. If you spill a drink on the beds you get fined as well. By all means avoid this place and go to one of the other local pools.
